friendly and helpful staff especially while my husband requested a hot water bottle for me. Michelin star restaurants are located in the hotel. Don't mind to stay in this classy and elegant hotel on the next visit to Taiwan.

No swimming pool and updated gym equipment.

The landis was a great choice for our stay in Taipei. Staff were great, the room was very comfortable and every little detail you can think of was thought of. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Totally recommend it

The service was impeccable. Every staff we interacted with in Landis was warm, welcoming and helpful.

Wish that they had a bit more flexibility about earlier or later check in / out since we stayed 3 nights.

Location is great, about 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. There are 7-11, Family Mart and McDonalds just around the corner. Staffs are friendly, helpful and they let us checked in before 15:00. The room is quite spacious and very clean. Overall a very cozy stay. Would definitely consider coming back in the future.

The WiFi quality is OK but not secure enough. I do not dare to use the WiFi because the connection is not authenticated and encrypted. If I were to do something bad, I can easily sniff the wireless traffic and steal someone's credentials. Being a 5 star hotel, I don't think this is acceptable.

Landis is a showy hotel with doorkeepers in tails and top hats. Breakfast is excellent with options that can be made-to-order. The room was comfortable. Transportation via buses and the subway are easily accessible nearby.

The fitness center was located in an attic-like space. It was a bit too pretentious for me.

The breakfast menu includes Chinese and Western. It's great. Location is a little off the tourist districts, but taxi fare is really reasonable.
