Little noise isolation

Its location was perfect, less than one minute walk from Dongmen station, exit 8. And the staff was very friendly and had no problem communicating in English.

There was only one elevator, and it was very slow. The bathroom was not clean enough.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff at the breakfast section, Claire, Winnie, Vicky, Amanda and Doris, were super friendly and helpful. They made our morning wonderful.

The cleanliness. Certainly, the hotel’s policy is no cleaning during stay but toilet. As we stayed for 5days/4nights and the room had never been clean. So the latter days, the room’s condition was not so nice. In other hotels, they provide cleaning equipment if they adopt the same policy. In addition we put the make-up room sign but our room was never been done. We had to call to the reception, then a staff came to empty trash bin and told us to take toiletries ourselves at the lobby. The reason we got was ridiculous. The staff said they were too busy as too many guests.

Excellent location

Not all lights in the room can be turned off Due to maintenance, our room was filled with bright emergency lights for a whole night. Moreover, the airconditioning was not functioning.
