The services and the accomodation itself were superb. Clean rooms and good food. Besides, they upgraded me. Im so thankful for giving me a great experiences.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Beautiful cosy old style hotel with a nice restaurant and bar. Good location. Breakfast had plenty of choice including healthy options, authentic bulgarian experience. Couldn't find fault with anything.

Too expensive. The air condition in the room is very old, doesn't make any sense to open it, doesnt really cooling, only making noise. Some ot the switches for lights are not working.

It was the worst hotel, i ever been. The staff did not know English properly. They could not handle an ordinary request. No manager. I would be ashamed in their place.

I booked a stay at this hotel by mistake, I wanted to cancel it immediately, but they demanded that I pay one night. They didn't want to discuss at all, even though I wrote an e-mail, even though I called them. So finally I had to stay in hotels for 2 nights. The first night without hot water, the answer was that we don't know until there will be hot water. I reported that no light in my room and in the bathroom as well. They didnt have staff to fix it!!! When I complained, the receptionist did not know enough English, claimed that there was no manager and would not be here for a few days. Since they wanted to pay one night from me without discussion, I also wanted a discount. They did not respond to my request via hepl center booking at all.
