Staff are polite and very helpful. The place is clean enough however it could be even better to be well checked first before delivering the room to the client since I found used tissue paper on the floor.

internet access definitely need to be improved, even lack of phone signal from floor 7th. The hotel is quite close to Haram, but with inclination so would not be confortable for elder people.

Ac was good and room was clean

Hotel is on uphill hard to go and return from Masjid Al Haram , hot water geyser size is very small so hot water finish before you finish you bath.

Their was nothing even a single thing to be liked.the locatuon was near but tough to go coz you have to go a steep and it very exhausting if you are with parents and children.they dnt offer any bus facility.they dnt have breakfast.there is no hotels for taking meals near by.the front desk was very rude and problamatic.only the cleaning staff was helpful and always do his duty.no telefone available in case you need sometging you have to go down and tell the front desk and then they will help you.i booked for 9 days but i checked out after 5 days.i will recommend to you please dnt stay at hibbatullah hotel.coz i was suffered alot and i dnt want anyone to suffer like me coz lot of people for umra.

Everything.......... The loction was not good No bus service No telefone service No restaurant Internet was not good No nearby resturant You have to go up like climb a steep to get to haram which is exhausting.

La proximité au Haram (5min à pied), beaucoup de taxis passent par l’hôtel et plusieurs boutiques à proximité également, le personnel très sympa !

La salle de bain était un peu petite et il manquait des éléments tels qu’un sèche-cheveux par exemple, papier toilette, et il y avait des cheveux (sûrement des personnes qui étaient là avant nous)

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Particularly Taghreed. Location was up and down a steep hill which was not easy on a hot day or for people with knee issues. Taxis charged about 15 /20 sar to take to haram. Taxi easy to get

Saw 1 insect on a bed. Didn't see any more. No milk or creamer provided for tea. No coffee. Hunger Satation app didn't deliver or recognize the location of hotel. Poorly stocked baqala near the hotel and atm very far away from hotel. We ended up dining near Haram.
