Staff were very friendly and cooperative, especially front desk, Very good location, less than 10 minutes walk to Haram, nice room against price, Very supportive offering a free safe place to store luggage till I finished my prayer after check out, They accepted my request for late check out smoothly,

Their was nothing even a single thing to be liked.the locatuon was near but tough to go coz you have to go a steep and it very exhausting if you are with parents and children.they dnt offer any bus facility.they dnt have breakfast.there is no hotels for taking meals near by.the front desk was very rude and problamatic.only the cleaning staff was helpful and always do his duty.no telefone available in case you need sometging you have to go down and tell the front desk and then they will help you.i booked for 9 days but i checked out after 5 days.i will recommend to you please dnt stay at hibbatullah hotel.coz i was suffered alot and i dnt want anyone to suffer like me coz lot of people for umra.

Everything.......... The loction was not good No bus service No telefone service No restaurant Internet was not good No nearby resturant You have to go up like climb a steep to get to haram which is exhausting.

location the way to the haram is incline slope hard to walk

The hotel is near the haram masjid by around 7-10 min walk The room was tidy and clean Fast checkin and check out

No room service cleaned our room or changed the towels The bathroom drainage was bad making the bathroom always full of water There is no sun light coming from the window
