Great location

It was a great experience. The unit immaculate, everything you needed they had it. The manager was very attentive and provide a lot of information regarding the area, the restaurants (we're vegan) etc. A great place to be. thanks Dr. K

My family of 4 had a wonderful time. Nobody was in the other unit, but this would be a great place to vaca with another family too! Unit was very clean. Quick walk to the beach, and short drives to get to most restaurants and shopping. Loved having the beach wagon, chairs, cooler, towels, toys and boogie boards available to us too!! Made our travels much lighter. Dr K was a great host and gave awesome recommendations on things to see and places to eat. Would def stay here again when coming back to Ft Lauderdale!

My daughter and I recently stayed at Dr. K's prperty in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and it was nothing short of fantastic. Perfectly situated, this charming place is just a stroll away from the beach, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shopping options. From the outset, Dr. K showed incredible hospitality. Her communication was heartfelt and attentive, both before and during our trip, ensuring our comfort and ease. She didn't just play the role of a hostess; she was more like a guide to the city, offering wonderful restaurant recommendations that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. But what truly set our experience apart was Dr. K's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. When we faced a blowout in Atlanta, she was right there to help, sending us car service recommendations that were a real lifesaver. It’s rare to find such a caring and proactive host. This trip held special significance for us, as it was our "last spring break" together before my daughter heads off to college. Thanks to Dr. K, these memories will always be cherished. Her welcoming spirit made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely delightful. For anyone considering a visit to Ft. Lauderdale, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. K’s property. First timers to Ft Lauderdale- could not have asked for a better location and comfortable place to stay. Wonderful touches like beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels and a cart to take them to the beach! Great food options within walking distance and nicely appointed kitchen to cook if desired. Outdoor seating areas were perfect for sun or shade Our host was very communicative and gracious. Would definitely come back again!!

We enjoyed our visit to FL the home was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach. The walk to the beach was just a few minutes away and the weather was perfect. We also had a nice day of paddle boarding at the Bonnet Park. Tons of fun!!

Unit was clean and nicely appointed--especially the high-end plumbing fixtures. Comes with a well-planted and maintained yard complete with lounge chairs, dining area, and barbecue. Owner is very accessible for questions and issue resolution--she consistently got back to me amazingly fast. As the owner takes pride in maintaining a quiet, comfortable environment, it's important to be clear up front who will be staying and visiting. And truly--it's only a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach!

We stayed 5 nights to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Wish the weather had been a bit more cooperative but we made do with what we had. The beach was beautiful, restaurants were incredible and the Everglades boat tour was awesome along with the New River boat tour of all the beautiful mansions. The duplex was perfect in every way and the photos of the unit were representative of what we enjoyed. Everything promised was delivered. Close to shops and groceries and restaurants. Dr. K was a very attentive hostess and she addressed any and all of our questions/needs. Thank you Dr. K!
