What a great little spot for our first visit to Waco! Easy to get to, comfortable, clean and a great location for getting to all the sites. Would stay here again!

This place was so lovely. It was the perfect place for old friends to gather and catch up on old times. It was very clean and decorated soooo cute. I would stay there again, for sure.

My mom, daughter, and I traveled from OKC to Waco to spend some time at the Silos, then make our way back through Dallas for the Disney Immersive experience and Denton for Buccees!
This was the perfect spot for the three of us, plenty of space to spread out but also hang together to watch movies in the living room after a long day of shopping.
The owners were easy to communicate with, gave detailed instructions on what to do before check out (which were minimal tasks - put towels in a hamper and consolidate trash into one bin). There were a lot of great bonus amenities such as snacks, coffee, bottled water, and an extensive list of places to visit in the Waco area.
The location was no more than a 10 minute drive to anywhere in Waco you wanted to go. Area was nice, just caddy-corner from the Baylor campus. The complex was small and quiet with parking down the stairs directly in front of the unit.

The condo was a perfect fit for the four of us. Everyone had their own bed. There was room to relax in the evenings and great suggestions on things to do and places to stay. Kenya couldn’t have been nicer. All in all we had a great time in Waco.

We spent a weekend in Waco for a family vacation. 4 adult sized people. There was plenty of room. The condo is very clean and well-kept as well as beautifully decorated. Lots of thought out into the maintenance such as having plenty of towels and snacks available. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cooking tools and pans. Location is central but away from construction and traffic. Highly recommend!

This property is very well maintained, clean, and so cute! It has everything needed to make a stay comfortable, including the sweetest coffee bar. It was also very quiet, spacious, and is conveniently located to all things to do and see in Waco. The property owners are very responsive, and super helpful. They went above and beyond to provide advice and directions to help us during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this location to family and friends visiting Waco.

Wild West Waco Girls Trip
My friends and I stayed at this cutie apartment on our girls trip. The apartment was cozy and clean. One of our friends slept on the couch bed, and she said it was comfy. The host also had snacks and lots of coffee choices available. There were also other special touches throughout the apartment. It was also conveniently located to the things we wanted to do.

My husband and I came to Waco to celebrate our anniversary. This little condo was perfect! Everything was decorated so cute and it was so clean. It felt so homey and comforting. Everything we needed was provided! I would sure stay here again next time we visit Waco! Thumbs up for us!

Great Stay Near Baylor Campus
Very comfortable, nicely appointed condo just blocks from the Baylor University campus in a safe neighborhood . We loved the Joanna Gaines themed interior and the close proximity to all things Magnolia. Check in and check out was super easy. Perfect for a week or weekend! We would definitely stay here again!

Good place to come back to
We found the condo to be a very convenient location for the Silos Christmas and all that we wanted to do. The layout was perfect for us with a bathroom in each bedroom. Kenya is a great hostess. Very prompt to respond to any questions and even provided coffee and snacks!

Baylor Campus Jewel
This 2nd floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is in a great location for everything Baylor. It is walking distance to campus which is super convenient. It is also a short drive to everything Waco including the Silos, Magnolia Table, Downtown Waco and the suburbs. Would definitely recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway Spot
This was such a cute property! It’s an upstairs condo in a quiet part of town. We went in the summer, so not sure if we missed the college crowd. We were able to cook our meals in the stocked kitchen and saved a bunch on dining out. And the Roku stick made the evenings complete with Netflix and ice cream on the comfy couch! We will definitely be booking again next summer.

Great place for graduation weekend. Condo is perfectly located for the shuttle to graduation and campus .. Just 4-5 blocks. Easy access to Lasalle for back road travel with all the construction for the next few years. Hosts were always prompt in answering questions and had a wonderfully stocked condo! Loved! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay! Right in the heart of Waco!
We came for a girls trip for all things Chip and Joanna and had the best stay! The condo was clean, plenty of space for us girls to spread out, and close to everything! The owners were easy to communicate with and always made sure we have everything we needed! They even gave us wonderful recommendations on places to go and things to do! I have already told a few friends to stay here if they come to Waco!

Great place to stay
My daughter and I were visiting Baylor and stayed here. It was very comfortable, quiet, and close to the university. At one point, we had a question about how to get the heat going (temps fell from the 70's to 30's in a day). David and Kenya both showed up to make sure we were in great shape. Very attentive, down to having snacks there when we arrived.

Respite in Waco
Our stay was fine. Some lodgers might be offput by the outward appearance of the building where Kenya's place is, but it's clean and cozy inside. She has most everything you'll want for a short stay. She stocks the place with plenty of coffee, tea and snacks, and there were even a few cold IPAs in the fridge. (We're environmentalists, so we're not big fans of the Keurig coffee pod system in the place, but Common Grounds coffee is about 10 minute walk away, so we just went that route.)
