Great place, nice owner, kids loved it.

Had to have a property for 6 for an overnight trip. Clean, neat, beds very comfortable. Older property but perfect for a quick stay.

This property is falsely represented on the site. The yard is unkempt, and the quality of the interior for the money we paid was dreadful. It sleeps 8, with one of these beds actually the base of an ensemble bed, so no one that was sober could sleep on this bed. There was seating for only 4 in the loungeroom, and the kitchen table seated only 3. The very small bathroom had someone elses soap left in the holder and an entire array of leftover other shampoos etc. It was gross. There was cobwebs, mildew, damaged accessories, and a very old and deteriorated cooktop, and thats just the inside. The BBQ area was under the house, concealed by some very tacky screens. It smelled like cat urine. It had decorations from a previous guests celebration, and the tables, sofas etc were absolutely filthy. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. When we tried to get a decrease in the cost due to the appalling conditions, they stated that they had a "no refund policy" due to other guests having left and not paid. I certainly understand why that would have happened. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

We gathered for a women's weekend in this house and were overall quite happy. It was a little squishy in the communal living areas for ten people, and the house was more dated than it appeared in the listing photos, however it met our needs and the hostess was very friendly and relatively easy to work with. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the supplies provided were much appreciated. We recommend this house with little reservation.
