Quiet and convenient location very close to SAN Marco square. Apartment was spacious and clean. Owner was kind enough and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment prior to check in.

Great location. Only steps from St Marks Square and 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. You can't get a better location in San Marco. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around, yet the apartment was quiet. Communication with the hosts was very good. Questions were answered quickly and they were helpful with suggestions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment is on the second floor but very manageable. The AC worked very well. The WiFi was strong too. The main bedroom is large and comfortable. The second room had two single beds and they added a rollaway bed. All were fine for our two adult daughters, but a little small for our 21 year old son. The furnishings were Venetian style. The pictures are accurate. I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I return to Venice.

The apartment was close to everything, just minutes from San Marco, but was also very quiet and private. It accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. We loved being in the middle of Venice and enjoyed the ambiance. Everything was clean, and the check in process was very easy. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Positive: short distance from San Marco Negatives: toilet smells bad even when it’s not used; only half of the shower head pin holes work; mattress and pillows all need to be deep cleaned; bed sheets are clean but have stains; only one waste basket in all rooms

Great location just steps from San Marco Square and within walking distance of many other attractions. Great food and shopping in the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again!

We loved the sweet little condo. 2 bedrooms, sitting area, kitchen and wifi! You can get anywhere in about 5 to 15 minute walk. You’re a block from San Marco, but it’s so quiet to sleep. We loved it and Luigi and team were so wonderful! We will be back, and will stay here again. Grazie Nicole

Great place, location and very accommodating to guests. Exactly as described. Very close to Roma Termini which made it easily accessible to everything (less than 5 mins walk to the train station). Just keep in mind the apartment is on the fourth floor (easy flight of stairs) - there is an elevator for accessibility needs, however, it was down for 2 days when we were there. This did not impact our stay at all but thought I would mention in case other families have accessibility needs. Communicating with owners was easy and they were easily accessible. My teen boys all enjoyed this place very much. Location has many options nearby to eat, grocery, drink, and sight-seeing. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment at the beginning of July. The apartment AC worked wonderfully well and cooled us down quickly. Because of the location of the apartment we could return during the heat of the day to refresh without losing any time. There was lots of space and we instantly felt at home. We also happened to be in Venice during a festival that involved fireworks going off from 11:30-midnight. While we did hear the fireworks (expected as they were right above us) we did not hear anything other noise due to the crowds. It’s a great apartment, in a fantastic location with great AC.

The flat was an ideal location for visiting Venice. Plenty of room in the apartment and the apartment is very nice. Being just a few minutes from San Marco is really great with good restaurants and shopping all surrounding the apartment. We didn't realize that this is really the central tourist location for Venice. Gondola rides around every corner. We took the ferry ride from the airport directly to San Marco which I recommend. The hosts were also flexible, letting us drop off our luggage early and check-in early as we arrived ahead of schedule.

We loved being so close to St. Mark’s Square! The apartment was decorated in an upscale Venetian style and was very comfortable. The owner/manager was helpful and attentive. Great time!

We loved this apartment! It was so close to San Marco and lots of shops and restaurants, plus it’s central to Venice so you can walk practically anywhere. It also felt very safe and secure. My daughter loved the street facing bedroom with single beds. Definitely would stay here again.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay in Venezia. Close to everything we wanted for our short stay. Highly recommend- especially in November! ;)

Perfect location to be in the middle of all the tourist hot spots. Easily reachable via water taxi. The property itself was clean and as described. Luigi and Malika were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a lovely time in the very heart of Venice! The home is literally steps from the Cathedral making it unbelievably central to everything! The unit was clean and exactly as advertised! We would return here if we ever return to Venice!

Wonderful apartment very very close to Piazza San Marco and all kinds of restaurants, shops and museaums. It’s elegant, clean, confortable and quiet. I lived a dream! I’ll definitely be back.
