And was such an awesome host!! She accommodated us by having an earlier check in! The place was fabulous. She did an awesome job renovating.
Plenty of kitchen ware, unlike our last VRBO!!

This location worked perfectly for our girl’s trip to South Beach. Lots of space for our group of 5, directly across from the beach, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Host and team were wonderful at communicating with us and providing their favorite local spots. Thank you!

Folks…. I have stayed in my fair share of places that said, you’re in the center of it all, but this takes the cake !!!!
When you walk out of the building you are in a new diverse and relaxed area. Everyone is there to have an amazing time. Dress up or down, no one cares. You can eat, go shopping, people watch or dig your toes into the sand.
The condo is small but so so cute. We had 4 adults and the lay out of the rooms was perfect.
Oh and I forgot about the communication…. From the very beginning, all communication is answered within minutes of asking questions. Hands down, it’s a must rent !!!

Location of property was great for those who want to be in the center of the action. Property was a bit dated, but clean. Vincent was great and VERY responsive.
The beds were not that comfortable... 2 twins pushed together and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up (may have been because it was regulated. As a result, not the best sleep was had.

The room was old but clean. The rooms were not set up for privacy although we slept six easily. The building was very dirty and not well kept.

Everything was perfect, the house was at the heart of South beach.

This apartment is great for a large family or group of friends. Best location right on the beach on Ocean Drive.

My sisters and I rented this property for 5 days to celebrate my sister's 40th Birthday. We were very pleased with the unit. Everything we needed was provided....cooking appliances, beach chairs, beach umbrella (although it was broken), yoga mats and cleaning supplies for the unit. We were even welcomed with a bottle of champagne amd basic grocery to start in the refrigerator(eggs, cheese, bread and orange juice). The restaurants were all within walking distances...we even received a 30-50% off meals and cocktails at the Kantina restaurant since we were guest at Casa Grande. We will definitely return to stay perhaps in October for Carnival.

We had avwonderful week in Miami South Beach This place and the apartments is absolutely something we can recommend. We had a great week, top location, clean and nice apartments – is was everything we need there.
We wished it was walls and door to the bedrooms, but It went smoothly since we traveled as a family. But if we had traveled with friends this would been more problematic.

Recommended!
This is a very nice place to stay right on Ocean Drive. Very spacious, modern, air conditioned, and with a large kitchen. Recommended!
