Great Stay. The hosts were very helpful and we have booked to go back when next working in the area.

easy access to bus into town. well equipped kitchen, great dining and lounge area for relaxing. on site parking.

The house was in a lovely area and was very comfortable all round. It was nicely decorated and very homely. The owners’ contact and directions were excellent as was the free parking spot. Easy bus trip to town to explore Bath.
One bathroom was a bit restrictive for 5 adults but we managed.

The property is spacious (except the middle bedroom) and furnished nicely. There was fresh milk, plenty of plates, pans etc for us to cook breakfasts and a well stocked kitchen with oil, coffee, teas. Bathroom with lovely soaps, shampoo etc. Nice little outdoor yard. We walked into the centre (mainly flat or downhill - 30 minutes, pleasant walk) and caught the frequent bus back from the train station. And a car space is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely 3 bedroom cottage with excellent new kitchen and large dining area and living room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. The property wasI convenient to areas outside Bath , like Bradford on Avon.
The outside garden area would have been lovely to use if the weather is nice.
Overall a happy weekend for us
Not much as we expected to have only 1 car space .

A clean friendly place to stay whilst in Bath
Was quite expensive, the price went dramatically in 12th

Bedrooms quite small. Double bed was sagging and mattress needs replacing.
Parking for the second car was not easy.
Garden needs heavy pruning.

Very comfortable beds and bedding, well equipped kitchen, big kitchen table and plenty of space to sit around it; big refrigerator with freezer and a small one in the kitchen; good shower and plenty of hot water. Overall “home from home “ experience - definitely one to recommend.

it really felt like home from home. beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
The parking space could have been gravelled or tarmac as there had been a lot of rain and we had to park in huge puddles and get either soaking feet or very muddy wet feet. should have parked on the road in hindsight. Property could also do with an outside security light as it was dark when we arrived and fumbled around.

Loved the location
One toilet n bath need more dish washer was not washing the dishes well need to mordenise a bit more with four of us need at least 2 bathroom n no ironing board need cupboard n need more toilet rolls .

Lovely house with everything we needed for our little break. Spotlessly clean. So grateful when we found milk in the fridge!

Lovely home in a nice location. Close to Bath City Centre, 10mins on the bus which stopped just down the street from the house. Nice local pub and Fish shop. Good size bedrooms, lovely garden, 2 fridges and well equiped kitchen.
We originally booked for 7 people but only 5 of us came in the end, sharing 1 bathroom to 7 people would have been hard work. A downstairs loo or an en suite added would be great.
Couple of cobwebs up high but overall it was pretty spotless.

Great location, 5mins from city centre and bus stop close by. Lovely garden and outdoor table and chairs. Beds were very comfy too!

Tasteful, cosy, excellent beddings, well-furnished kitchen (including excellent cookies), clear directions.
To make things perfect, we would have appreciated some oil, vinegar, and pepper in the kitchen.

We liked the space overall. Location was great for visiting bath.
The windows were very groose. The garden was a wreck. The photos were not really accurate. For example the curtains in the livingroom were gone.

we loved everything about the property. it had everything we needed for our stay.
nothing but was too far to walk into the town centre do we drove in the day and got taxis in the evening.

Location was good for us as we were driving anyway, so the most important was to be not too far from Bath centre. It was easy to find and get into the property. The property is clean and provides you with anything you need for your stay. Little shampoos, shower gels and conditioners are a nice touch. Very warm and cosy. lovely village style design. It’s a great value for money.
Floorboards are a little squeaky and the wind was passing through the windows making some noise, which could be worrying for a light sleeper.

Well put together and appointed house.
Though it was generally very good, the beds were not that comfortable, the mattresses could do with being replaced.

The Old bakery House is in a very convention location for us to visit family. There is also a bus service into town within a very short walk. We travelled with our dog and it was fantastic to have a green space just behind the house to play with the dog etc. It is very nicely furnished and cosy. We enjoyed our stay very much.
There could have been more than 1 teatowel supplied, especially since the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes properly. We washed everyhting by hand, which was not a problem. Dishes in the cupboard were not all clean, probably because of dishwasher issue.
