The buffet breakfast was excellent. 3 minutes walk to the rail station giving easy access to central Osaka and Kyoto and KIX. Staff have limited English but did well. My sole criticism is that the duvet was much too thick and heavy.

Hotel is convenient for transportation because of next to train station. Also you have nice view of park. Female staff are shy as usual but they are patient on service. I had a good night there!

1. Hotel is located near the river obviously but there was no view of the river in our room. The only thing we could see were air cond compressors outside. 2. We could hear thumping from the upstairs room throughout the night. 3. We assumed buffet breakfast would be available based reviews but there was only a Japanese set breakfast provided. No information about this change was mentioned.

Room size is large for the price in Japanese standards. Hotel is very close to both train station (Osaka loop line) and a convenient store (7-eleven) few meters away. Room temperature very confortable.

Sound isolation from the window is not very good, passing trains can be heard. The curtains are not tight and sunlight can enter the room. No restaurant in the surroundings, need to walk to next station 10-15min to find some

The hotel is super clean. It was a very relaxing experience. Staff are professionals and welcoming , furniture is so clean and comfortable. The room had everything we need . This is probably the best hotel in the area.
