The hosts were very helpful which was appreciated.

The location was in a nice little neighborhood, near a couple of convenience stores and the football stadium. It was a little distance from the center of town but we enjoyed the bus ride from the train station and being in this part of the city. Great little Chinese take-out place (Chow's) and waiting for our food and chatting with the locals was lovely.
We didn't have any complaints!

Perfect place for a trip to Liverpool. Had everything we needed for a family of 5. Great location for access to all areas of the city. Fantastic communication from the host. Will be back again when we visit Liverpool in the future. 😊

This was an excellent location to attend a wedding at the Isla Gladstone, we didn.t get to go into central Liverpool though.
It was easy to park outside and the property is very well equipped especially in the kitchen.
Just one thing but it made a huge difference: only half a curtain pole in the master bedroom so only half of it was curtained. Being June it made it impossible to sleep in the main bedroom and we squashed into the 2 small ones. This was a disappointment.
A swish curtain track would've made a all the difference.

Such a lovely house, very clean and homely. Everything was provided and the information folder was brilliant. A few shops and takeaways within walking distance and the city centre was only a short drive/taxi ride away. The board games were a lovely touch. The owner was so friendly and was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. Area was quiet and friendly and our kids have said they would happily live there! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Easy to communicate with the host. Clean and tidy apartment with all the facilities you need. Good location if you go for the football, only a short walk from both Goodison and Anfield. Would recommend.

Easy to find. Close to shops and both footie stadiums. Helpful guide to getting about. Not to far from city centre and plenty of local shops and takeaways

Location was excellent for the purpose of the trip. Any questions were answered by the owners and information provided prior to the stay was appreciated and very helpful. Great value for money and I would stay again and definitely recommend to friends and family.
Unfortunately one bedroom didn’t have a working radiator, although thankfully there was an electric heater provided. The other bedroom was too hot and the heating couldn’t be adjusted. The touch keypad was a little frustrating, as it occasionally took a while to become operational. There was plenty of tea but no coffee on arrival.

Lovely, clean, tidy house. A real home from home. The house is conveniently located, with Anfield just a short walk across Stanley Park and Goodison a couple of hundred metres down the road. The city centre, for shopping and the sights is just a short 10 minute drive.
We were so glad we opted to rent this house instead of hotel rooms, it was so much more relaxing. The area was very quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay at No 39 again.

Super communication from the owners. We were made very welcome and had a wonderful stay as a family. The location was great with easy access to local transport. Neighbours were also friendly and welcoming. We would definitely recommend for families.
The smaller double bedroom is quite tiny which made moving around difficult. However, it was clean, tidy and a very comfortable bed. The main bedroom and twin were great.

Irene was a great host, very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The location is convenient, and the flat had everything we needed. Great parking.
The beds were a bit hard and no choice of thinner pillows, but thats being picky. Otherwise it was a satisfactory stay.

great location as we went to a local football match. lots of food places nearby. great to have access to Virgin and Netflix. host very helpful.
the code door access was a bit temperamental and took us a good 5 mins each time to get it to work. heating is centrally controlled by the host which seemed a bit unusual but they changed the temperature when we asked without any bother (although I didn’t want to keep asking and would’ve preferred to be able to do it myself).

Great Location, 5 minute walk from goodison park. Very clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. Great communication from the hosts. Couldn't ask for anything more, will definitely be returning!
Really minor but took me a while to work out TV it says HDMI 1 in the book but it was HDMI 3, just useful to know in future.

Well equipped, warm , clean house. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Irene was a brilliant and helpful hostess. Location perfect for the football. Would definitely recommend and would book again

Peaceful, quiet location adjacent to the Everton and the best of the world Liverpool stadium😁Everything you need in the equipment.👍🏻The city is well connected so home is a great base for exploring Liverpool and the area around.
There was only one parking permit, but I parked the other car without any trouble....So no problems.

Nothing not to like at the price, it's not city centre but it's only a short taxi ride away.

Everything was good house was just what we wanted house was lovely and clean and in the right place
