Great breakfast and facilities in the room

Location is a little away from where we focused our time in London

Locating was great, arts district, near the Burrough market, not far from the London eye and big ben, and thames river. Lots of food selection all around

breakfast was quite chaotic…. spent 10 minutes standing around waiting for someone to fetch butter…. had to ask a couple of people for a hot drink before it got brought over. Cold water should be available with the other cold drinks. Not 5 star

The breakfast was excellent; tasty and promptly served. Price was reasonable. Little bit difficult to find the hotel itself; could do with a more prominent sign. Staff were brilliant Rooms were comfortable and clean

Great rooms. Excellent location. Friendly staff. I bought flowers and needed a vase to put them in. They brought out several, we had a discussion about which would look best, then they brought out scissors so that I could cut them down to fit. So nice.

Amazing hotel, super nice and friendly staff. Everyone is always so attentive. Rooms are very spacious and have good facilities. The restaurant is really really.good!

Only thing I can say is that the toilet cover hides the flushing button so you have to move it every time you flush.

A 5 minute walk to underground/train station. Quiet area away from covent garden. Staff were helpful and quite pleasant

The hotel interior is very stylish and spotlessly clean. All of the staff we met were excellent, extremely friendly and helpful. We had a slight mix up with our breakfast bill and the hotel management responded very impressively to resolve the issue. Great location for daytime sightseeing (the Tate is literately around the corner), only a 10-15 min walk to some very good restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room, excellent service from everyone we interacted with. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location with lots of nice food spots and bars around. We will stay here again for sure.

Amazing locations and facilities. "Dumdu" from the breakfast service was just excellent, she really makes the difference and handle situations efficiently focusing on customers. Best in class. Apologies if name is misspelled.

- Breakfast. I don´t find adequate charging your customers for the breakfast and first thing you bring them is the "breakfast menu" outside of what you have paid. It clearly worsen the experience. What should I paid for the breakfast then? - Staff on the Kitchen give you bread with their hands - Start vacuuming the restaurant at 11:05 when you have customers still having their breakfast is something absolutely avoidable

Very nice location (more “business” though), two subway stations quite close by…rooms are new and comfortable (beds super comfy), excellent shower. Hotel staff was overall super friendly and efficient

Towels have seen better days
