The pool water was so nasty and smelled really bad. Almost like they had been washing dogs in it. The need more bleach or something. I mean that's like a heath hazard.

We asked for extra towels at 830 am and we were told by front desk that it would take 30 min cause they didnt have any clean towels. 11 o'clock came by and time for us to check out and we didn't get the towels. When i asked at 11 they said towels were still not ready. Room was dirty, we found kisses chocolates on the floor. And toilet paper was changed out.

The Rooms are Spacious and VERY clean beds are super comfortable and Breakfast is Marvelous!!

The location to WinStar Casino is very convenient, only being a 10 minute drive away.

The room was dirty. It had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. There were stains and splatters all over the couch, table, and other furniture. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The area of the wall next to the tub/shower looked like the leak is ongoing. The comforter had a stain that looked like blood. We only had 1 wash cloth, for a room with 2 queen beds. When we requested more wash cloths, we were given hand towels. The staff seemed unbothered. I witnessed other guests with complaints at the front desk, so I’m sure it wasn’t just my room. I can only upload 4 photos, but I took many to show how disgusting it was.

Front desk guy hated his job or was just a rude person. Absolutely god awful service. Disrespectful to me and my wife.

hot tub was not warm, they had ABSOLUTELY NO TOWELS. For the pool or any extra for the rooms. They gave us a foot towel to shower and dry with.
