The size of room and bed were big and cozy. We were all very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The fact that there was no shuttle to casino. Also the water left my hair dry and knotted up. It was a rough shower Lighting was not to bright and the 2nd room has no light bulbs

Was told no extra blankets were available and the shuttle no longer picks up there and there were Oreos and hair clips and hair and stains on the floor next to the bed and dirty looking pillow cases with something all on them and stains on the couch.

I loved how helpful and accommodating the staff was. The snacks and possible necessities for purchase in the small store were priced great and very helpful when needing a coke or a late snack or quick bite after if needed.

My only big issues were that the water pressure wasn’t my fave and the soft water feeling but that wasn’t unbearable. When U booked I was lead to believe a shuttle was available at all hours to and from this spot to Windstar Casino. This isn’t exactly true. You have to walk over to another hotel and catch the shuttle there. Just easier to drive yourself at that point but frustrating because this was the number one deciding factor in booking here. Other than the water pressure not blasting how I’d prefer and the shuttle I really enjoyed the staff and set up they have going on here and I will certainly book with this location again!

Appreciated the location for Casino, however, the lighting from main highway has very poor visibility. Staff were friendly.

I have a severe allergy to dust; the dust build-up made it difficult to breath...tried to stay out of it as much as possible. The bed and pillows made it absolutely worse. Poor continental breakfast choices.

The room was filthy upon check in and the bed had a blood stain and BED BUGS!!!!

Wouldn't give us any extra towels until we brought them dirty towels and then they would swap out for the number we gave them. We had four adults in the room and we would have liked more towels than one per person. There was no shuttle to the Winstar casino, we had to drive our vehicle.

They gave us full beds instead of two queens like we paid for. We didn’t complain because we didn’t notice till we got back at 2am and had already paid and felt like it was to late at that point. Our sheets also had oil stains and my pillow was yellow. I wanted to call at 2am the front desk but my husband just gave me his pillow. Which there was only even 3 small pillows on the bed. our friends bed also had black hairs inside the sheets. I’m mad at myself for not complaining but the lady at the front was rude and probably wouldn’t have refunded us or fixed it.
