It is not possible for our vacation at this amazing home to be any more perfect! The house, The View, the management were all perfect perfect!

Great location and view of the water, wharf and Boardwalk. Hot tub was nice but wood step getting out of hot tub very slick when wet, need to add traction strips to avoid falls. Ice maker and water dispenser in kitchen refrigerator were not operational and for the cost of the rental they should be. The light in the refrigerator was also out. Had an issue with the lack of HOT water but called property manager who did respond with an emergency plumber who came out after hours and fixed the issue. House could be cleaner as there were dust bunnies under the bed. Fire pit in front was a favorite spot with the view and fire pit. Garage did have umbrellas, chairs and various beach accessories along with pool table.

Close to wharf, rides , beach and shopping. Great view of the bay. Walk along the cliff top sidewalk and watch the surfers perform.

We introduced our grandchildren to Santa Cruz! Our children came here as littles and we hit all the sights! From the aquarium, golfing, the boardwalk, Capitola beach and just relaxing on the porch! We love staying on West Cliff for the fabulous location, the views and convenience! We will definitely be back next year!

This house is in a great location with an amazing view!! We loved the fire pit at night and enjoyed how comfortable the living area is. The game room was fun too. However, the house and appliances are all outdated and though we enjoyed ourselves, we probably would not stay there again unless they lowered the rental price. For that price point the house should be more updated. Also, the bathroom toilet off the kitchen kept running just FYI.

Great property, a little on the expensive side, bathroom near kitchen kept running, beds were not comfortable, busy road all day and night.
Had difficulty with finding the key to get in and inconvenience to enter back door every time.
Overall if you are looking for a gorgeous spot near the boardwalk it is worth it. Great for walking and bike rentals down the street.

The location of the house was perfect. The house worked well for our group, but the kitchen utensils need updating. For example, most of the forks are tiny, the knives were dull and some of the pans had seen better days. Having said that, we had a wonderful week filled with swimming, surfing and memorable mornings and evenings on the front porch.

Enjoyed watching the surfer’s and hearing the sea lions. Sitting by the hot tub feeling the warm sun on the face. Lots of room in the house very comfortable. Family played cards at the kitchen table great time.

Location was amazing. Breathtaking sunrises with morning coffee were a great start to every day. Single story was a big plus for elderly parent. The bathrooms were outdated but worked just fine. Made a few inqueries of property management and only response didn't really address concerns. Seemed mostly concerned with making sure we didn't break the hot tub, to the point of almost discouraging us to use it. hint: we did not. Finally, the stove was a lot of work to keep clean. More than I wanted to do on vacation.
That being said, it was a great place for a multi generational vacation. Nice to have plenty of room to visit and have meals together.

What we loved about this house was the location and the amazing view of the harbor. We sat out by the fire table on the front porch and enjoyed watching all the sailboats during the day and the starry sky at night. Just steps away is a sidewalk that goes along the bluff for early morning walks with spectacular views. Surfing is in walking distance, as well as the pier and boardwalk.
The house itself accommodated us well. Beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you could want for cooking. The hot tub was great. Everything was very clean. The game table in garage was air hockey, not pool as pictured on site, and we could not find an extension cord in order to use it. We did enjoy the bicycle they provided. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and the owner was quick to help us get it resolved. One thing to keep in mind is to bring your own shower gel and shampoo as these are not provided. There were plenty of linens, beach towels and extra blankets and pillows. We would love to stay here again!

Great location but the house needs updating, many of the appliances are old and not fully working, all the bathrooms also need updating .
The house is spacious and the games room is a good addition.
For the weekly rental price I expected a better level of appliances and bathrooms.

Beautiful View
This was a wonderful place and perfect for our granddaughter and family. The view from the front window is wonderful. You cross the street and there is this ocean. You can walk to the boardwalk or walk along the coast line and watch the surfers. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place if you were interested in staying in Santa Cruz.

Location can't be beat!
We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would absolutely rent here again. The proximity to wharf/boardwalk is fantastic. You are away from the busyness but can walk to it very easily. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the hot tub is fantastic. Views from nearly every room. The bikes/surf boards were in kind of tough shape, but still nice to have. Everything was very clean inside - only suggestion is a good cleaning of the outside cushions. We put towels over them to use. Fire pit, could use a little freshening up. Picture is a little deceiving - overall though we thought this place was fantastic!

Great house. Everything was perfect. We walked to the beach, wharf, restaurants and downtown Santa Cruz. House was well stocked and spotless. Short drive to other attractions. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Beautiful west cliff location.
Quick, easy, hassle free.
You won't leave your front porch. The view of the boardwalk, pier, and ocean from the front steps is all you need. Sunrise with the morning coffe was so relaxing. Tara was great. Thanks again .

Could not have been better!
This house is fantastic! The location cannot be beat, with views out over the water to the pier and beyond, the West Cliff walking and bike path right in front, and Steamer Lane a short walk away. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and is fully tricked out with everything one could want: bikes, surfboards, beach chairs, pool table, complete kitchen and more. And best of all are the comfortable waterfront terrace with firepit for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and the hot tub out back, also with great views of the ocean. Highly recommended!

Amazing Views and Location
It was my daughter's 18th birthday weekend and we had a great time celebrating her all weekend. She surfed right across the street, we walked to the beach and pier. Parking was great! We would rent this property again!

The location is great- I was hesitant about being so close to the boardwalk area as we have previously stayed on West Cliff Drive, but closer to Natural Bridges State Park. But I would absolutely stay here again. The location, like all homes on West Cliff, is perfect to watch the world go by. But what is unique about this house is the ability to see the harbor as well. The house is pretty well insulated from a sound perspective, so you don't need to worry about road noise.The house was very comfortable. The kitchen is showing signs of age, but the photos are absolutely accurate. Bedrooms were clean, linens were fresh. No complaints.

Incredible location!!! Celebrated a birthday with 6-8 lifelong friends and we LOVED the house... did read the other reviews and brought extra TP and shower gel but the fire pit and the view of the ocean with the boardwalk in the background were spectacular!!!! Fantastic location-All else average
Checkin was as instructed. Fantastic location. For price, there was zero amenities, for example no soap in shower along with not thing else. I would have expected a bit more of that. We ate out so we did not use kitchen so I cannot comment on that.
