Current gone at early morning 1am. Several times called to reception, but no one answered. Then called to one mobile number and luckily he answered. Then one person came for checking and arranged another room. But in the mean time we all lost our sleep. My wife need to attend OET exam next day and she couldnt get proper sleep after this issue. Also two kids with us. Next morning your staff informed us it's only a trip issue. But the assigned night shift person couldn't identify the ELCB area and therefore we only suffered. We ordered 4 lunch parcels from your restaurant and waited for more than one hour. Altast arrived only one food parcel. Then again waited for another 30-40minutes for the remaining parcels.

They haven't informed us about the complimentary breakfast. Hence we could take it from outside. Infact we asked about the food arrangements at reception on checkin time itself. Also no where it is mentioned in booking.com and the email which i received. They could have arrange it in a better way.

cleanliness

Rude people, everyone from the reception to the waiters all rude and impolite. There were huge bangings on the door late at night which made our Stay very uncomfortable

Toiletries like toilet paper is not available, foul smell was in toilet may be for drainage issue which later partly shorted out by the staffs
