It was great when collected during opening hours of the building when the main front door was open … not when out of office hours though!

Getting into the building after hours, we returned from a dinner to find the code did not/wouldn’t work. We weren’t the only ones. Other people staying in the same building rang our bell at around midnight trying to get in the main front door. We got in via the back door access from the car park, which we fortunately had the code for, otherwise we would have had to wait until morning to get in! Suggest access via the back door is the main access route when “out of hours” and main front door is locked!!

Extremely spacious apartment

Very loud noisy from the hotel opposite each nighttime - really very loud!

Perfect size for two people, the location, the facilities, it's very central but quiet.

Very, very minor things ..... the external door (door to street) was not secure (it was open all hours despite there being a code, however the doors to your floor and flat were secure), one corner of the shower screen (at the tap end leaked) and there's nowhere for left luggage once you check out.

Comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms, good location

No parking provided, some paid spaces outside but 80p for 30minutes then after unloading car it took us ages to find somewhere to leave the car, the oval was free but 10-15 minutes walk away. No reception staff, but someone did quickly ring me back when I was a bit confused at layout and codes for different doors. Didn't like that no basics were left, first place I've stayed where no milk, tea, coffee etc were provided

The apartment was fantastic, modern, quirky, comfortable and in a fantastic location.

We loved the location, great area in Harrogate. Spent a day in the town and could pop back to the property to drop off bags and freshen up. Harrogate is also a good location for visiting North/West/South Yorkshire. The property was super clean! Decorated beautifully.

We went to the property three years ago and it’s starting to show it’s age a bit now. Starting to look a bit tatty in places, grout in the bathroom especially. The shower head leaks and sprays over the shower door making the grout discoloured on the floor. Not much cutlery... two forks?
