The Victoria Place is located exactly whereI want to be in São Paulo. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and dispose of a kitchen. The breakfast is varied and appetizing.
It bothers me the lack of conveniently located electric outlets to charge a computer or a cell phone in the rooms. Also, to my surprise, the hotel does not have electric outlet adaptors for international plugs available for guest usage. I guess most of their guests must be Brazilians. Another inconvenience, especially for contact lens wearers, is the lack of drain plugs for the bathroom sinks. Last, the small fridge in the kitchen is empty. A bottle of water would have been an welcome addition.

Location is the best in Sao Paulo. Taxi stop right in front of the hotel. Big, confortable apartment. Many great restaurants in the area. Close to the main shopping centers. Helpfull team. Good free breakfast with plenty of fruits.

Lovely reception staff and spacious rooms. Even the frigobar was reasonably priced (with prices shown on a card in the room).
The hotel is full of children, so breakfast is pretty noisy.

Second time around, great breakfast, location, staff.
Booking.com did not guaranteed price upon reservation. Price was different upon arrival at hotel. A big no-no.

Very comfortable bed, great desk for working and good WiFi, clean and beautiful apartments and one of the best locations in São Paulo. Also, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. Additionally, there is one very nice steakhouse in the same building which is very recommendable.

The receptionist Hudson was very very helpful and made us really welcome. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything we needed.
The sofa was not in great condition. There was no pots and pans to cook with but we did not ask if they had any to be fair.

The 180° city view from a balcony was a highlight.
The neighbourhood has a lot of food options and felt pretty safe to walk around. More foreigners on the streets compared to other Sāo Paulo districts, probably due to offices of large international companies nearby, like Google and Facebook.
Staff at the reception didn't speak English. It's not uncommon in Brazil, but still communicating via translator app on the phone takes some extra time and effort.
The safe in the room was tiny (wallet size) and with a missing lock, thus useless. Probably could have solved this by asking to move me to a different room, but I was too tired to try.
Windows were partially covered with metal instead of glass, which is great to avoid sunlight in the room, but didn't block any noise from outside.
