Friendly staff and large, clean room. Good breakfast also with varied choice.

Wet room shower. Water spilled out quite close to the remaining bathroom areas so needed to put towels down to be able to stand post shower without getting wet feet when using the bathroom.

The second night I stayed the heating and air con wasn’t working properly, it was like sleeping in a sauna and I landed up get a really bad sinus headache because of it plus I have fibromyalgia which makes me sensitive to heat and landed being ill in bed for two days with a flare up because of it, plus when I had a meal in the hotel with my daughter I had ordered the steak for her which was only 8 chips and half of the steak was unedible as it was half grizzle and fat that you couldn’t even cut it and on top of it I told the girl at the receptionist about the heating problem and she basically just snubbed me and didn’t care, I’ve always loved staying at the Hilton but not anymore.

Room smelled, must have been smoking room before, stuffed air, not possible to even a bit open the window. One lift not working, reception didn’t ask how was the stay, only 2cup for the room of 4

Property was so clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent location and food was amazing.

Unfortunately there is building work going on at the minute at the front of the building and we heard some drilling during breakfast time which isn’t ideal. However Enrico has been in Touch with me to ensure our next stay is exceptional. Excellent customer service.

The lifts are often full and you can be stood waiting a while. (We took the stairs, but if you’re not able to, this is a problem) The scaffolding is a pain.

Chýbal župan, papuče, nebol doplnený kondicioner, chýbala záchodová kefa, nedá sa vetrať izba, na 4 lôžkovú izbu bola malá a vedľajšia izba iných osôb bola oddelená len dvermi, takze keď si večer robili párty sa nedalo spať. Tento hotel nedosahuje kvalitu iných Hilton hotelov po svete :)

Excellent location. Near Waverley Railway Station. Most tourists attractions are within 20mins walking distance fr hotel. Lots of eateries and pubs around.

Le manque de conscience professionnelle commerciale de l’hôtel et le rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons été déplacé de chambre à deux reprises en l’espace d’un jour car les chambres avaient des problèmes (clime, conduits). Aucun dédommagement ou upgrade de la part de l’établissement.

离火车站的直线距离只有100米，但却不在同一个平面，恰巧bridge在施工，所以只能扛着行李箱走了100多格台阶上去。酒店在装修，外面都是脚手架，没办法欣赏全貌，有点可惜。

The view was rubbish, but was there to have a date night not look at view from my hotel window, so a non issue really.

Beds and room not as described. They said two large double beds, this is completely inaccurate. When we raised this and asked for roll out beds they did not even bother to get back to us. We saw a mouse in the restaurant, the place was under construction and staff were rude. They didn’t clean the room every day. All in all a very expensive hotel that was not worth the amount we paid for it. Definitely would not book again.
