Comfort - slept really well and the rooms were a great size and super clean!

Food service was terrible, lots of people complaining about the wait so we ate our instead. Breakfast buffet was great though apart from having to wait for cutlery. Waiter was lovely but reception staff not very welcoming and was charged for parking when we didn't have a car! Think front of house staff need better training on how to welcome guests!

Good selection for breakfast

Booked queen room with sofa bed for 2 adults but no bedding for sofa bed was supplied and bed was not made up. Wrongly assumed we were same sex partners but as didn’t check in until after 2 am just made do with the one queen bed.

The location to the airport, friendly staff .. very polite

The room we stayed in was very small and there was an overpowering smell from the shower drain in the bathroom. The duvet wasn’t adequate.. the room was cold. We were asked to pay a £50 deposit which we weren’t expecting. I know the hotel has to follow policies,but this wasn’t mentioned on their web site. Breakfast wasn’t very pleasant, cereals were tasteless. Sadly we won’t be staying here again.

Room was dirty. Pictures taken of area above wardrobe with precious residence items including random pills. Faulty ac fan which wasn't appropriately acknowledged by management. Came on at 2.10am even when switched off and was faulty (bearing issue or similar). Got 20% off the stay. Stayed 10 days later and in the same room, same issues... this time the debris in the bath... Management sent the generic email with no real resolution. Breakfast was grim, no fried eggs and scrambled eggs from powder. For nearly £200 night it is unacceptably bad and the fact I have had multile emails asking for a review suggests they know it.

Suited us totally for an early morning flight. The guy on reception and bar was so kind and friendly. Quite typical of Liverpool hospitality! he was wonderful. Shame I can’t remember his name.

Very impressed with our room, spotless and a great view of airport , being so close to it we slept very well. We used it as a base for a short trip and bus connection brilliant, £2 single fare into city aprx 30 mins.

The hotel is on the airport grounds so great for an early morning flight. Staff were lovely and helpful, food was amazing.

The car park for the hotel isn’t sign posted until you are on top of it, which meant I ended up in the wrong car park and had to pay £10 to get out. If you are a quest at the hotel you get parking free for the nights you are there, they need to validate your ticket. I found this out once I was at the bottom of the carpark and had to go back up to get the ticket validated. If you have meet and greet parking booked you need to leave the airport and come back in another entrance.

Clean, comfy beds, very helpful staff.

Just being picky, the plug sockets could do with incorporating USB charging points.

Temperatura w pokoju 17 stopni. Jak w lodówce. Chwilę potrwało zanim doszla do jakiejs sensownej 22, generalnie w efekcie przeziębiłem się. Kaucja 50 funtów, z czymś takim się jeszcze nie spotkałem.

Excellent location for Liverpool airport terminal

Very limited bar, eg no white wine by the glass, no latte or flat white coffee, average food - selection and quality.

Location was splendid. Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Some work being done to breakfast area so had a packed breakfast…work almost finished. Good selection of food in bar during day and evening.

I would have liked a proper restaurant for breakfast - not just a bag containing breakfast. THis should be an option (eg for travellers who need to make an early start) rather than the norm

Building works were ongoing at the hotel. We would not have stayed at the hotel if we had known this beforehand. Menu was very basic and very little choice

The staff are not helpfull room not what I booked and tried to blame booking.com, then was told told its not her fault I wasn’t listening, told them the bed not made somebody came to make it and looked like it had been slept in for days, booked with breakfast bag in the room which couldn’t eat. Not going to use booking. Com again on the phone for over 20 minutes to be cut off so they are as bad as the hotel.

Fantastic location just opposite the airport, really friendly staff, we also had lots of complimentaries that we didn't know about. A refreshment bag in the room and also a complimentary hot breakfast bap and a tea or coffee in the morning. The bed was so comfortable.

Ideal location for an overnight stay and getting to airport at 4am. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they provide a little goodie bag of snacks and drinks as a continental breakfast in your room. Which is perfect for an early start.

Not a lot of choice on the menu for dinner but what they did have was delicious and plentiful. Part of the breakfast in your room is a croissant and jam but there is no knife to put it on, so I brought one up to the room from the restaurant. There are two bedside lights that we couldn't work out how to switch off as they didn't go off with the main lighting, the switch is hidden under the panel!

We were not told about work in progress at hotel when arrived there was no water for two hours so had to buy drinks wasn't offered complimentary drinks and me being disabled had to go to airport toilets the kitchen had been previously flooded so couldn't have proper breakfast a continental or sausage sandwich was offered I was not happy and for £96 a night charged was not acceptable I will be complaining not even offered a reduced amount on stay absolutely disgusting

Literally a 1 min walk from the terminal so ideal for a late night arrival or early departure.

Was hoping for a better rate for late show ups (delayed flight & missed connection) but price reasonable overall

Beds were hard, we had an early flight, and the people on our floor kept us wake right up until our flight.

Husband dropping us off wasn’t allowed to use the toilet although he had a 1.5 hour drive back to Shrewsbury!
