Staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious and very clean. Location great for our getting to the Academy for a concert. Later check out is great too so no need to rush off after a relaxing stay.

No coffee machine or biscuits in the room.

Herbergið er ekki þrifið - var ekki fyrr en á 2 degi ég uppgötvaði að það þarf að setja miða á hurðina til að fá það.Var kallt í herberginu, morgunkaffið í pappabolla, léleg þjónusta í mótökunni ( fátt um upplýsingar) - þurftum stræto til að komast eitthvað eða ca 20 min gangur. Viðvörun í lyftunni um að það gæti verið allt að 30 mín bið til að fá morgunverð um helgar. Reyndist ekki svo hjá okkur

Betri upplýsingar um samgöngur, þrif á herbergi og áhugasamara starfsfólk. Við spurðum um verð á leigubíl út á flugvöll og var sagt 40P - bókuðum sjálf Uber sem kostaði 20P

Only one plug socket, was working. I paid £191 for one night. Once again. The plug sockets was not working. I had a lot of business to do laptops but could only use one plug socket. I confronted the person at reception contacted somebody to fix it but did not fix. Like I said I only stayed for one night but had a lot of business to do, could not finish all my business.

Graduate bar as always food was very nice and they serve my favorite Rum, Room was 607 which is a wheelchair access room, but perfectly good all the same, very clean and very comfortable.

Convenient location. Large bed with good mattress. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff.

Wet patch on the carpet. Shower head didn’t work, only the rainforest shower. The iron was useless. Pillows were too big. No herbal tea selection in the room.

we were told 2 complimentary water bottles a day and no more than that, however other reception staff said different things, eg one gave us 5 water bottles in a day. more consistency between them would be appreciated

No parking and no concession at local multi storey parking either.....never experienced this before. Breakfast was disappointing. For £219 per night I would have expected a much better breakfast offering. It was all hot buffet traditional English style, not done particularly well. The cold options were limited, very little fruit apart from a mixed salad. Poor choice of bread and pastries....no spoons for a hot beverage....just a wooden stirrer ....overall quite poor imo and typical of what you would find at a value hotel brand.

The rooms are so comfy and well managed. Close to car park and university of Manchester.
