Τίποτα ιδιαίτερο. Στο μπάνιο είχε καεί μια λάμπα, δεν είχε βουρτσάκι για την τουαλέτα. Θα μπορούσα να το είχα αναφέρει. Μερικές πρίζες δεν ήταν τόσο βολικές.

Room was spacious and clean. Air-conditioning was a little noisy.

The location was very good. The breakfast was ok but the hot drinks machines were temperamental. The check in staff were exceptionally helpful.

The bed settee our grandson slept on was well past it's best and did not provide a comfortable night's sleep. The mattress was badly stained and very thin. Our grandson wrote a letter of complaint which was handed to the reception staff but we have not received any response from them which I find very disappointing. We use your hotels regularly and as loyal customers I would have expected some kind of response.

Booked for me & my daughter to go see Olivia Rodrigo concert which got cancelled, so went anyway for a girly shopping trip. Room was lovely & comfortable. Rooms & corridors quiet. Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly & efficient. 2 minute walk up the street from apcoa parking. 3 minute walk back down to centre, shops & Arndale centre. We felt safe in & around the hotel, lots of full pubs with hen / stag dose on & lots of police, but all fun & we obvs didn't go in any pubs.

Checking in was easy, met by a really friendly colleague who checked us in early. Room was clean but some marks on the carpet. Breakfast was good but not superb. No Mushrooms or Fried eggs. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Located in the Northern Quarter so easy to walk to the Arndale Centre. If staying over the weekend and you want a Sunday Roast. Try the FireHouse Just round the corner. We had a Beef one and it was amazing.

Breakfast was average, no omelette, hash brown was hard, Juices were tasteless, rest was fine.

The location was perfect, you can get wherever you want so easily. The staff were helpful as well.

The cleanliness of the room itself, that was below my expectations, a corner in the room is the same before and after housekeeping. That does not mean it was a dirty room, never, but you feel that housekeepers need to work harder and to pay attention to hidden areas inside the room. Also the breakfast zone was too much crowded, I had breakfast there 1 out of 5 times as I stayed for 5 nights, that because I could not find a comfortable place to sit in, also the satff there are over_working, they kept looking around and made me feel I need to finish it now 😅😅. Finally, I could not find an iron as it is established, wondering if it was only my room or tha same for the remaining rooms.

The location was great for our parking and night out.

The heating in our room wasn't working, then when we got back from our night out our key cards didn't work. The staff did sort these issues out straight away though.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They tried there best to rectify the problems with our room and concerns, but were let down by the quality of the bedding and equipment. The only saving grace was the large shower and bathroom amenities. It was close for where we needed to be in Manchester at 9:30am.

The room was absolutely awful! I would describe it as something out of an episode of Fawlty Towers. The pull out bed had such a wafer thin mattress that it made sleeping uncomfortable and virtually impossible as shown in the pictures. You could physically feel the metal frame of the pull out bed when trying on it sleep. The main bed was very soft and it felt like you were sleeping on a water bed. The air-conditioning in the room was not working and the fan kept making an awful noise throughout the night. There was a no dairy alterative offered for my daughter as she is lactose intolerant, and cannot tolerate soya milk. The dining area had used take away food boxes left all over the tables when we arrived and breakfast felt very much like a canteen rather than eating in a hotel dining room. It was definitely not a good night's stay given my daughter had an audition in the morning.

Staff are really helpful. We taught breakfast was on till 10.30 we came down just after 10, lovely gentleman kindly brought out fresh buffet food, didn't make us feel uncomfortable or anything. Was a lovely gesture

Nada más llegar tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación porque el estado era lamentable (silla de escritorio llena de manchas, telas de araña en el techo, cortinas sucias y rotas...) - desayuno buffet bastante justito, tanto en calidad como en cantidad. - servicio en el desayuno buffet muy deficiente. El personal no llega a limpiar las mesas. Tuvimos que desayunar con loza en la mesa de los clientes anteriores porque no la limpiaban. - en definitiva, relación calidad precio muy mala. Demasiado caro (200€/noche) para el servicio recibido. Ni vuelvo y ni lo recomiendo

BEING DOUBLE CHARGED. I paid when I arrived. Upon checking my credit card account on line, on my second day I was charged again, but to a Holiday inn company in Mchester, Brazil. The front desk staff actually had the nerve to ask me at some point during my stay whether I had paid for the room. Obviously there is a systematic scammer on staff. CHECK YOUR CHARGES.

El importe en booking era 130 libras (150 € aprox) Pagué en el alojamiento y me cobraron 180 libras 214 € y todavía no me han contestado el motivo. El precio de la reserva no correspondió con la realidad.

Only one lift working, Room keys repeatedly would not work and needed recoding. The bed was awful, thin and weakly sprung matress. Coffee at breakfast was awful

Near location to center

Could not get 2 beds as per the booking resection refused to upgrade my room and pay the difference rate and there were no extra bed! No staff to help with laguge. At the end they got me a folded bed which was heavely used and very uncomfortable although I told them about my medical condition!

Bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable. Dining area is like a school canteen. The breakfast was ok but continuously ran out of bacon / pancakes etc and it took a long time to replace them. The toaster is useless, you have to put the bread in twice and wait if you want it as toast rather than warm bread.

Great Central location. Friendly staff. Great check in. Breakfast included and very good. Lots of choice. Even though it was busy, staff ensured food was replenished and tables were cleaned. Very efficient. Rooms small but comfortable and had every thing you needed.
