Exellent location, lovely hosts.

The room was clean and presented well.

We thought we booked Bed and Breakfast but instead we had only book Bed. The website suggested breakfast was included. This needs to be made more clear. The double bed in the family room was not very comfortable. The mattress needed to be renewed.

Clean, tidy and homely. Will definitely rebook when I visit Paignton again. Wonderful owners 😊

Hosts were absolutely lovely. Decor was lovely and everything was impeccably clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Great quality, range and served with huge smiles.

Bathroom was very small! We are fairly big people and it was a bit restrictive in the shower! It was also probably the wrong side of town for us as we preferred the north of the town for atmosphere away from the main strip.

Lovely breakfast, very welcoming. Nice clean room, was a bonus being on ground floor. Very friendly hosts.

Some of the channels on TV wouldn't come on, but that was all.

The Staff were very friendly..the location was great. A very short walk from the beach and the town.

The property was in a prime location with only a short walking distance to shops, restaurants ect. our room was lovely and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and welcoming we would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was fantastic, presented and cooked beautiful. The room was lovely and clean and had everything that we needed. The hosts were lovely and very approachable and enjoyed talking to them both.

The owners were lovely, the breakfast was a brilliant size and very yummy, felt very comfortable there and our family room was the perfect size. As a family with grandparents and kids we all loved it and would recommend ;)

No fridge in room the toilet seatdosen t meet Building standards should be 45 cm from center of seat to Wall . Modernisation require. But pence again lovely hoat.

My room was very clean and tidy. the location was fantastic, right next to the town Centre, but it was nice and quiet. the owners were really genuine and helpful. i will be returning.

The only downside was the building work on the front, where they are building new block of flats, but it didn't affect my stay and there was no noise, so wasn't an issue, and nothing to do with the accommodation.

Everything was great, from the host's, who were very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and fresh, the breakfast great, and the location was just off the sea front, couldn't find fault with anything,

The hospitality was exceptional, the hosts were really friendly and welcoming. we really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends and family and will definitely stay there next time we go.

A wonderful stay and the service and food was excellent throughout. Right in the heart of Paignton, a few seconds from the beach, and a very short walk to the high street. Parking is available in the nearby car-park extremely close by. There is a park at the end of the street with playground and skateboarding sections which was very nice. The breakfast is very nice, I would definitely recommend staying here, and look forward to my next visit! P.S. The cod and chips at the Harbour Light was incredible!

A mini fridge in each room would have been nice, especially the family rooms. The food was excellent - organic option(s) would be a superb addition.

Very pleasant stay.It was first break since 2019 which was needed!

There could be some improvements to make it more efficient.Filling breakfasts request would be better to have it ready available.Maybe would be better to leave large milk jugs near the cereals and have more range skimmed,semi,and maybe oat or soya depends on clientele.

Lyn and Steve were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Booked a single room, and found a double bed so I was more than happy!
