The host was awesome, the room was perfect for what we wanted, very close to beach, town, harbour and train station, best place we stayed in paignton

- Exceptionally clean - Convenient location, very close to the sea and the main shops - There’s a ceiling fan in the room, very helpful in the summer - The staff are very lovely and helpful, especially in offering to carry our luggage

- The water pressure of the shower in our room wasn’t as strong as we’d have liked

The bed was not made after each night, the room was not checked if it need cleaning after each night, bathroom facilities are poor, many times there was nobody in the reception and the probability is high that no one will attend to you if you need help or in trouble. Also, no refrigerator.

Fantastic hotel and amazing location

The beach and shops were walking distance.

There was no breakfast at this accommodation. The room was basic, the view was backing on to other flats and buildings. The shower was temperamental as the temperature of the water was either very hot or cold and the cubicle was small.

Andy was very welcoming and helpful. Three Palms is close to the beaches, harbour, shops bus and railway stations. The room and en suite were bright and clean, bed and shower good, all on ground floor which was a bonus!

Superb location- close to the beach, shops and bars

Family room was actually two joined rooms - lots of space. Clean, light - large windows and ceiling fan in one room helped keep us as cool as possible in heatwave. Kid friendly in whole property, including bar. Excellent location to beach and town, nice few minutes walk.

No breakfast available which was a shame although cafe nearby

Andy was a very friendly host. The facilities in the room were great, including tea/coffee making facilities. Free parking was very good. Free WiFi which worked well. Great location, close to the beach, town centre, bus and train stations. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely return if visiting Paignton again.

Andy was very friendly and the other people who were staying go every year and it was so nice having somewhere to sit outside and have a chat

it was very relaxing with a good atmosphere the sun deck at the front was great and spent a lot of time there in the evenings. it was a massive plus being able to park my car for free. If im back in Paignton again i would definitely try and book up again
