We had a lovely room for us (couple), the owner even brought us an extra heater as it was due to be a cold night which was really sweet. The owner was so friendly and accommodating! I don’t normally sleep well at new places but we both slept like logs, the bed was super comfy and the whole place was quiet (we were away from the road) would 100% stay here again it was great! Very short walk from the pier / town too. Cooked breakfast was also lovely, with choices of orange juice/hot drinks/ cereal/ fruit on top.

Unfortunately the bathroom was a little small but this did not affect our stay at all. It was functional and clean.

This was our 3 rd time at the property and as all the other times it was lovely

This hotel is in a great location and is a perfect base for visiting the surrounding attractions. The manager goes out of his way to provide excellent service and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast choice of full English or continental all served to a great standard. Perfect start to your day.

We had a sea view room which I found slightly noisy at night / early morning with traffic, compared to the previous room we had stopped in.

Location is beautiful, friendly staff very comfortable. I would love to visit them again . Thank you 😊

It was all good , our room maybe not suitable for an under 5 but it wasn't a big problem we just had to keep an extra eye on our 2 year old with wardrobe and door , bathroom etc but generally you expect to a bit when you go away .

We had a double room, which was ok except my husband it quite a big man and ensuite  was very tiny, I’m only little but still not much room for me either . Parking is on a first come first serve basis which was fine for us but I would expect if B & B was full not enough parking spaces .

The staff were amazing the place was lovely and clean. They really made us welcome.

Can’t think off anything negative to say

Staff were excellent, room was really clean with fresh towels every day and clean bedding on third day.

The bathroom was a little on the small side, the shower was very small, good job we were both under 12 stone. The curtains weren't very good in our room, couldn't close them properly.

Good location, full breakfast and more, lovely manager could not do enough for us even offered food for journey home, my wife and I even had an upgraded room ground floor for free.room service available every day ,we did not need this so you changed the service you required on the door.? Our daughter and husband were VERY pleased with my choice of accommodation ,would definately stay here again. top marks from us all.

NOTHING anything we asked for Igon obliged. The hotel opposite had asylum seekers in so not to happy about this.? Igon did go over and have a word as 4;30 one morning a row broke out in the road.?

Location, very close to the beach. Free parking. Hotel is a bit dated, but for the price its worth it. Room was small, quiet. Breakfast was good, staff very nice. Would come back again.

There could have been more choice for the continental breakfast like ham and cheese and maybe croissants

Excellent host, Excellent service, cleaning comfortable. Ask for a table to work at laptop and host provide the table wich helped a lot. Nice view and close to amenities. Also plenty of car park on the back street .

Small glasses 🥂 for breakfast. I think they should be glasses for kids not for adults. If you thirsty you need to ask for 4-5 glasses to feel full . Except the glasses dimensions nothing really.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is just off the beach so the location is also excellent
