Rooms very clean, very luxurious. Breakfast was lovely and fast service. Balcony door open you can hear the sea nice to sleep to.

Bed felt small. Rooms were warm but not their fault as it was hot.

It was beautifully presented, fantastic sea views with lovely personal touches. Fresh milk for tea and coffee in the rooms in flasks daily, breakfast tailored to your requests and the owners ( Peter and Ruth) couldn’t have been more welcoming.

Nothing, it was perfect for our short break. We would have been happy to stay longer.

I booked a B&B package and on check out was billed for our breakfasts, turns out I had only paid continental and not full English. I have spoken to the owner and to be fair although I didn’t query when I booked it on the type of breakfast we would receive, we had to complete a preorder slip each evening and the small print did say we would be charged for anything over and above a continental. I was high on holiday vibes and didn’t fully take in the small print as in my head I had paid for breakfast and so it didn’t apply to me. owner has accepted my comments and will make it clearer to his guests in future. Conclusion is we have all learnt from this and it didn’t spoil our stay, the owners were great, very welcoming and very hospitable.

Breakfast’s were smashing! Lots on offer and always left feeling stuffed. Our room was extremely clean, light and airy. Perfect view of the sea. Definitely recommend for a relaxing trip. Good location as within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. Peter is always friendly and very attentive. Definitely will stay again! Have already recommended to friends/family :)

Breakfast was good but I was surprised to find that the cooked breakfast was £9.50 extra. On Booking.com it didn't specify that only a cold breakfast was included.

Room was small and in the eaves. Shower is ok for someone under 5'6". Very close to railway line which can be a problem if you like to sleep with windows open. Smell of school dinners on entering was not enticing!

The location and view of hotel was amazing, inside and out hotel is very clean, staff was amazing, really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect, every want and need was taken care of. food was great, room was very comfortable, super clean with an lovely sea view.

Breakfast was amazing. Hotel/room was spotless and owners were amazing and friendly even as a young couple we usually get looked down on but the owners was not like this and were absolutely amazing and couldn’t fault them or there hotel.

Not really a bad thing just might of made our stay just that little bit better would have been ventilation got rather hot during the night and didn’t want to leave door open all night as bugs, but even that I wouldn’t say is a bad thing was just a really hot couple of nights.
