Parking outside the door was very convenient in the wet weather. Lovely large comfortable bed and very clean and fresh amenities.

A++ for cleanliness. Highly functional unit! The location was excellent! Walkable to most everything!

friendly staff. clean space. good location. lots of amenities provided I.e soap toothbrush etc. staff helped me with luggage when checking out. i had let the staff know i'd be arriving later due to living outside of town and they were accommodating around this, even took photos of the way to go to lock box etc. however no staff on site after 6:30 to assist with anything if you need it.

lack of parking especially for disabled travellers who may need wider parking spaces to get out their vehicle (especially if you arrive later in the evening when reception is closed - I had no parking available outside of my room and even if i did the spaces are too narrow). access to room via wheelchair is not great, not much space between the wooden ramp provided and edge of footpath to get a run up the ramp (also the ramp wasn't placed outside the entrance, was moved further down the footpath had to ask someone who was staying next door to help) also no curb cuts between room and car park so if a car parks in the only flatish area to get onto the footpath, you cant really get up there without some skills. because of this the reception is also not very accessible. note that - after 6:30pm lock box access only for room key - which was also not very accessible for those with mobility needs as needing to push all the way down the driveway, so overall quite pricey considering these issues in what is advertised as a disability suite. also the room itself has a lot of furniture and chairs, which were difficult for me to move around, but i managed. couldnt reach the blinds where next door they were doing renovations, and the water pressure was not the greatest. Do want to add though the staff were super friendly / lovely and tried to help me where they could when they were there - but for those with mobility needs and travelling solo, these things are important to know in advance. I would probably only stay here again if it was a one nighter and I was travelling with somebody that didn't have a mobility need and could support me with some of this stuff.

The only complaint was having no complimentary milk, we have never had that experience in any other Motel

Bed and car parking

The service at the Motel reception. We arrived at the Motel at 8;30pm and we could not get the key to our Apto because there was not one to give us the key and no one answered the phone that was in the place. We called the phone number that was on the reception door for 1:30 hours and no one answered. We had to look for another place to accommodate us. It was a very frustrating and tiring night. We paid for 3 night accommodation and only used 2 night. The next day the Motel receptionist gave us a very poor and arrogant excuse. We would like to get our money back for one night we did not used the motel and for the inconvenience.
