Staff was amazing, so positive and nice.

Eco House Kitana, nestled in the Bulgarian countryside, is a great spot for a relaxing getaway. The house is well-maintained, modern, and has a friendly, helpful staff. The surrounding village adds to the charm, featuring a delightful restaurant called Camellia that serves authentic Bulgarian cuisine. The nearby Salla Estate winery is worth a visit too, offering a memorable day trip. Just a heads-up, Eco-house is cash only (by the time of posting this). All in all a stay at Eco House Kitana surely brings you closer to a real Bulgarian experience.

We enjoyed a very relaxing three night stay at Eco House Kitana. It is a very quiet and peaceful location with a lovely view of the lake. The room (Deluxe Studio) had plenty of room for a family of four. The kitchen is really well appointed with just about anything and everything you might need for preparing meals. The outside terrace was perfect for enjoying long leisurely meals on a summer evening. The pool was very refreshing. This would be an ideal location for a gathering of a group of friends or a large family. We definitely intend to visit again.

If I could suggest anything, it might be a few more umbrellas for a bit more shade in the heat of midday.

The room was lovely, very clean, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The shared kitchen is an awesome idea, what's more it is perfectly furnished. The swimming pool is nice as well and the view on the lake (swimmable!) is stunning. Communication with the host was great and we were warmly welcomed.

Not a problem as such : Make sure you bring enough cash with you ! Especially if you do not travel with your own car, as the hotel is located in a small village and you can't pay by card anywhere nearby.

Lovely place

Quiet place, the baby slept well, clean air, the pool is warm and clean. On the lake you can go by personal boat with any type of engine and you can fish, there are no restrictions.

The owner is very ok, but he is always watching you.

Nice panorama, swimming pool, room comfortable.

No meals, leak water.
