The staff were all lovely, super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had real coffee, so that's a huge win, after that, we sink a little.

The room hadn't been properly vacummed, there were pencil shavings on the floor, and some weird white powder on the carpets, I got several bites on my feet im the room. The Wardrobe with tiny fridge inside it were for some reason placed across from the outwards opening bathroom door making things umneccesariky uncomfortable given there was ample space for it to be elsewhere.. There was an unsightly brown ring of scum around the top of the sink and the toilet seat wasn't properly anchored and slipped, despite my builder husband trying to fix it, it simply wasn't a proper fit. I expect more from 150 leva a night room in all honesty. I booked a room with "partial sea view" but you couldn't see the sea from anywhere, maybe you can see it in winter? The hotel is listed as beachfront, and I suppose it is, if you ignore the busy road, swimming pool and bars between it and the beach.

Breakfast was good. Great to have breakfast outfoors. Location perfect .Near to everything.

sofa bed was uncomfortable. No tea bags, sugar was left with kettle in room. Breakfast was ok , little coffee machines weren’t making good coffee with pods.

The bathroom had such an awful smell it was terrible. There was no window in the bathroom and we had to keep the door closed at all times so it wouldn’t come to the room, and showering/going to the bathroom was a challenge. When someone was going to the bathroom at night everyone would wake up just from the smell. Of course, that smell got into the room too. It was really unpleasant to be in the room, it was overall humid as well, AC was really weak. I asked reception to do something about the smell, or give us another room, but she said they were sold out. Also, they didn’t change towels even once for a 3 night stay. Not okay

Bathroom constantly smelled of sewage. When you open the bathroom door, bad smell slaps your face. If you want to go to the toilet or take a bath, you have to cover your nose.

Perfect stay, the hotel is in an ideal location just off the beach park. The bed was so comfortable and the hotel smelled lovely. The jacuzzi was such a treat at night.

Nice breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff were very helpful when I couldn't get the main lights to work. Room was immaculate, TV easy to work, wifi easy to access and shower room was immaculate and a good size. great location. Easy walking distance from the train station and opposite the start of the beach, close to the centre. If you arrive late, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away that is open until 11pm and has a variety of food and drinks.

There was no sign for the hotel so I spent over 30 minutes walking up and down the road trying to find it as it's not obviously a hotel from the outside and looks like an apartment block. There are building works going on outside and scaffolding up next to the hotel. The building work was quite loud by 10.30am the following morning. Lights in the room were difficult to turn on - apparently they needed a code to be tapped in but staff did help as soon as I asked.

It is only a temporary, but having works done outside. scaffolding outside building, difficult to get into the garden area. They did inform us of the completed work before we arrived, I did not think to ask about access. I would definitely stay again, lovely hotel
