Very tired unit, paint flaking off kitchen bench and elsewhere

Sadly not much.

This property is badly in need of renovation. It is old and shabby. Wallpaper peeling in some places, Old wooden cupboards. I could go on and on. We stayed there 20 years ago - don’t think anything has been done to it since! Everything was clean but with such an old property very difficult to make it look clean. Ground in front of the property earth and sand mixed and after rain a sea of mud and that was the beach access! Think the best thing that could happen here is if a developer came along ,gave a good price and the place was detonated.
