Wonderful spacious apartment. Lovely and clean and very functional. Comfy bed. Very quiet. A home away from home really. Had a lot of items not usually found in an apartment/motel (e.g. first aid kit, insect spray, fire extinguisher, books.) Very enjoyable stay. Close to Oneroa village. Recommended.

On Booking web page it lists this property as "Beachfront - on or near beach". This is an exaggeration. It was in fact quite a few minutes walk to the beach.

Heather and Alistair were incredible hosts! They were warm and welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations. They even dropped us off to our ferry back and offered us rides around the island. We cannot wait to go back! 10/10

Beautiful location! The apartment had all the amenities you could need, comfy bed, great views and so close to the beach and the town. Our hosts were very helpful and accomodating. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to stay here again 😊

Breakfast wasn't included, very good cooking facilities in the property. Very good location and easy walking distance to Oneroa.

Suited the purpose of our stay perfectly.

Excellent location. Great view. Very private. Roomy. Great bathroom. Everything spotless. Everything you could possibly need was supplied e.g umbrella, torch, first aid. Host was immediately responsive to our only request which was for new batteries for the heat pump remote.

There was nothing that was even a tiny bit lacking.

Quiet and comfortable apartment with ocean views from the deck. Everything you could possibly need for a self contained stay incl kitchen nick knacks and beach towels. Easy stroll to Oneroa village with its many coffee shops, bars and retail outlets.

Fantastic location, 2 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to town, views of the harbour from both rooms, very clean, lots of little extras, hosts Heather and Alistair were wonderfully helpful. Thoroughly recommended AA+

Everything was fantastic. Lovely apartment with everything you would need. Clean and comfortable. Hosts are amazing. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

Heather and Alistair the hosts were fabulous very welcoming. The property was amazing with everything you would need for time away from home. We were only a few minute walk to Oneroa village and 15 minutes walk to the Vineyard’s, so handy for everything and loved how close everything was. Alistair and Heather even took us to the ferry for our journey home. We will definitely come back again!!!

Excellent location close to beach and the town centre. Owners were friendly and meet us on our arrival. Keys were inside the open apartment.

A little noisy, with vehicles climbing the hill outside and there were people sleeping in they cars next to the beach access.

The location was near to Oneroa, the main town on Waiheke Island. It was quiet with a view over the trees to Oneroa Bay.

Great hosts, available if you needed to know anything, very friendly, but also left you to do your own thing ...which we liked. Great location! Walking distance to beach & main town centre. Accomodation was very spacious, light & airy, & had everything you could ever think of needing while on holiday. We would definitely recommend AAA+++

Jake's Place is beautiful. There was so much space, from bedroom, to living and very spacious bathroom with lovely shower. Lovely view of the beach from the deck. One of the best we've stayed in. Thank you to Colleen and Heather who kept us updated. Great communication. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect.

The location was really tidy, comfortable and had everything I needed and wanted. I was very happy with the stay. The host was also lovely and welcoming - she picked me up from the terminal.
