room was very nice, complete facilities in my room include iron, hair dryer, water heater n large space with tabel n chair.. i tough it was only bed with bathroom.. bathroom soo big, sure will repeat, staff also friendly whatsapp chat with me for arrangement of self check in

Hotel yg cantik dan selesa... Klasik tradisional mcm tinggal di kampung... Bilik air luas dan bersih... Cuma cuaca tak mengizinkan kami tinggal lebih lama... Hujan sepanjang hari sampai air mula naik di kawasan berhampiran...

The location (walking distance to Pasar Payang), availability of parking space (paid), the size of the room and bathroom, free bottles of water, fridge with freezer, microwave, sink and dishwashing liquid, places to hang towels and clothes, several power sockets to charge your devices, friendly staff and e-book of interesting places.

We were not informed in advance that housekeeping service was only provided once every 3 days, unless we requested for the service. So when we returned from our day activities the day after the 1st night, we were shocked to see that no one took our rubbish, changed the towels or made our beds. It's only normal that hotels should provide these daily service or at least state the rules clearly before check in and on the room wall so that guests are aware that they should make a special request. There were also dusts on the bed headboard and wall corners that needed some cleaning.

The room is spacious, clean, smells nice. Complete with iron, hairdryer, kettle, fridge, tv etc. The shower cream is really really nice too!

The bed is too soft for my liking, causing me some backpain and neck pain

Bilik yang amat luas. Berdekatan China town, Pasar Payang dan masjid. Sesuai untuk 6-8 orang untuk sebilik. Harga bilik amat berbaloi.

My honest review. 3D2N. Even though the Hotel Entrance looks like budget hotel, but the room itself is very spacious and clean!! They even provide lift for 3 level hotel which is amazing. No need stair with heavy luggage. The room is very very very spacious and comfortable. The toilet is spacious too!! The Air Conditioner also very cold. Have lots of power point. No need extension as they provide enough for everything. The kettle and iron are brand new. Mattress are really soft and comfy. The toilet very clean. I'm almost couldn't believe I book such amazing budget friendly hotel. Sink and Cabinets are very clean. They provide extra plastic garbage and tissue.

This is the second time i booked this hotel. The room was spacious. Perfect for family vacation. Location near all tourism spot. The beds was good and comfort. Overall very good experience.

This was my 5th stay with Uptown Eco. Ever since I found this place, I don't really search for other hotel. I love how it is located so near to Pasar Payang and quite at the center to go everywhere else. The room is spacious enough for us to unpack and re-pack our shopping goods and to me it has a really comfy bed. Air-conditioned well, it has a lot of plugs too, so don't need to fight for plugs to charge your gadgets. And they upgraded their TV, which is nice.

For my recent stay, I would like to suggest them to check the Shampoo and Shower Gel, I think they didn't top-up the container, also maybe to change the towel as the current one did not do a good job at absorbing water and also to put utensils like spoon and fork (recycle ones also can).

Good location. Walking distance to Pasar Kedai Payang & Chinatown. Large room space with mini kitchen cabinet top, jar kettle, iron, sink, hair dryer. Living room has 2 bean bags & TV, separated from bedroom with sliding door. There is a table wt 2 chairs . Another long table in bedroom. Multiple plug points. Walking balcony space which overlooks traffic (but quiet). 2 aircond units, of which one was a 4-sided vent. Toilet spacey. Good bidet & shower pressure. Both rain shower & lift off shower spray. Bed comfortable & clean sheets. Overall clean & practical. Beautiful timber & wood carving details. Hotel has a lift. Lots of parking by roadside. Value for money. Practical, comfortable. Highly recommended hotel.

Very spacious, didn’t expect there was dining area, bedroom, toilet & study table inside there. All furniture made from wood, unique. The water supply is strong. The owner given instructions about check in 2 day b4. The owner is very friendly & answered my questions thru whatsapp. They did created a pdf to tell the customer about kuala Terengganu (where to go & where to eat).

Korang wajib try kat sini. Walking distance je ke Pasar Payang. Bangunan yang direnovate jadi hotel harga marhaen berserta design bilik berkonsepkan melayu tradisional. Serius cantik! Tambah rasa tak rugi sebab facilities semua lengkap untuk family stay (peti, water heater, hairdryer, iron). Siap ada paip ambil whudu, arah kiblat dan sejadah disediakan. How thoughtful the owner! Kebersihan bagi i tiptop. Staf kat situ semua helpful, mmg best customer service. Boss pun baik kasi tumpang tandas semetara nak tunggu waktu check-in. Untuk 4 bilik beserta non-sharing common area dengan harga camni, bagi i sangat sangat berbaloi. Oh tapi ada satu je kedai makan area situ. But that’s okay, we tapau siap siap or order grab.

the room very spacious and suit for big family. The location is very strategic since it near with Pasar Payang and other shop lot. There is two queen bed enough for me and my kids.

However, one of the bed mattress is quite hard and not very comfort to sleep.

My first time trying this hotel. Thankyouu for the reviews, I relied on them this time around. Great stay, facility tiptop, my family members was sooo happy to come back again and stay longer here. Lift available; good for us with elderly.
