The house had all the nessesery amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The response from the owner was quick. We were three families with children and the house was comfortable, warm and there was good outside area. The beach is close .

HELP, I WANT MY MONEY BACK. WE HAVE RECENTLY BOOKED THROUGH YOUR SITE A VILLA IN BULGARIA 24 Warna, Rakitnika, Varna, 9000, Bulgaria, CALLED "SUMMER HOUSE", ALTHOUGH IT WAS LATER REVEALED THAT THE  NAME THEY ADVERTISED THEMSELFS WITH DIDN'T CORRESPOND WITH REALITY. SAME THING COULD BE SAID FOR ALL THE OTHER FACILITIES : THEY HAD NO AIR CONDITIONING ALTHOUGH THEIR BOOKING PAGE SAYS SO,  THERE WAS NO OUTER SPACE  FOR  CHILDREN TO PLAY, THE WIFI WASN'T FUNCTIONING,WE HAD NO  TOILET PAPER, NO TOWELS, NO SOAP AND NOT TO MENTION THE LOCATION WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT, THE SO CALLED VILLA WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, AWAY FROM ALL KINDS OF CIVILIZATION.THEREFORE  WE HAD NOWHERE TO GET FOOD FROM AND THE BEACH WAS  AT LEAST 15 KM  AWAY FROM THERE, ANOTHER ASPECTS THAT DOESN'T CORRESPOND WITH THEIR SITE. NOW, WE DID AT FIRST NAVIGATE AND EVEN ARRIVE AT THE LOCATION SPECIFIED ON THEIR BOOKING PAGE, AND SURPRISE SURPRISE  THERE IT IS, AN ACTUAL VILLA CALLED SUMMER HOUSE, EXCEPT IT WASN'T THE PLACE WE MADE REZERVATIONS ON. THESE PEOPLE USED A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NAME AND ADRESS TO A TURISTIC LOCATION THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO THEM TO ADVERTISE A COMPLETE FRAUD. THE PHOTOS PRESENTED ON THEIR SITE  ARE AS FAR AWAY FROM YHE TRUTH AS POSSIBLE . SO AFTER WE DROVE 450 KM  FROM GALATI ROMANIA TO  SAID VILLA, NOT TO MENTION THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK TO ACTUALLY FIND THE VILLA, IN THE END WE HAD TO GO BACK, SINCE WE HAD ALREADY PAID THROUGH YOUR SITE A  DISSAPOINTING FRAUD. HERE ARE THE PHOTOS PRESENTED ON THEIR SITE COMPARED TO REALITY.

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful location with a cute garden and sunbeds. From the balcony on the second floor, you can enjoy the lovely mountain view. There is a shaded barbeque area with table and chairs. The owner has installed a small inflatable pool for kids, which was a good option given the distance to the beach. The beach itself was great, not too crowded, pristine and shallow water.

Hello, We spent five nights at the Summer House – 6 adults and 2 children (11yo teen and a 6yo). Kitchen: Throughout our stay, we had problems with the refrigerator. It wasn’t cooling off the food properly and it was a real struggle to close its door. It had no freezer and we had to use an ancient freezer in the storage room. The interesting part was that it wasn’t cooling either, so we proceeded to buy ice from the store (10-minute drive from the house). We kept beers and other beverages in the freezer and they never froze! The kitchen sink was clogged causing a leakage in the cabinet. Apparently, this was not the first leak as there was a small basin underneath. In the morning, we used the microwave to prepare milk for the kids but the glass plate inside was not rotating, which made the drinks burning hot. After communicating the issues to the owner, we were advised to slam the refrigerator door harder and to use the stove to preheat milk as microwaves are unhealthy. The latter is a fact, but instead of washing pots every day it saves time while you’re on vacation. In such cases, the owner has to replace the faulty appliance OR offer a compensation. But let's not forget that we are in Bulgaria. Rooms: In the bottom-floor bedroom, you could smell the mold everywhere. The strongest smell was coming from the wardrobe where the blankets and pillows were stored. We did not use it and kept our clothes in the suitcases. In the upper-floor bedrooms, you could see plenty of dust and spider webs. The heat at night was almost unbearable, but it was August so nothing extraordinary. No air-conditioning – one of the rooms was equipped with a Soviet-era fan covered in dust. Obviously, we didn’t use it. The other two rooms had normal rotating fans. Bathroom: No tiles and extremely low water pressure. Both bathrooms had a sink-shower combo. One of the shower heads was falling off, which was fixed by the owner’s friend/relative who came to replace it.
