No reason i am give review for the hotel in this app I am booked room for 850 for one night that is a offer price by Booking .com but the hotel not accept the rate and i called booking.com coustomer service the have no response first booking.com and the hotel talk each other

First - I was charged extra money at the property, until I paid the extra amount I was not given the room. My booking amount was 2884 I was asked to pay 4084.
Second - I was not given the room which I had booked.
Third - The room was flithy, dirty sheets, dead cockroaches, spiderwebs,
Fourth - There was no tv and hot water facility in the room.

The staff was rude after me reaching the hotel the staff harrased me to pay Rs1000 more and only then they will give me the room

I was travelling with my Old parents for Visa Interview to Bandra I did my booking from booking.com.for 2 Nights .Total amount showed was rs 3991/-.They asked me to do partial or full payment to confirm the reservation. so i clicked on the link for payment and they redirected me to Oyo site and did the payment.I figured that might be since the hotel is tagged under OYO.
At the date of my checkin, i called the hotel to confirm the time of arrival, and they said i don't have a booking there. I tried calling OYO, booking.com. etc .OYO showed my booking confirmation. Still the owner neglected the confirmation and said he is not taking any more Oyo customers. And that he is not using Booking.com or goibibo or third party sites.
I got no help from these third part sites per se. Atlast I went there and somehow, they let us stay, seeing my parents and it was too late too.
They said the total amount is rs 5780/- and made me pay rs 1800/- again and asked me to pay directly to him.
since it was too late at night, i payed without arguing, and since I was not getting any help from any customer cares.
I had booked a big room for 3 of us.They took us to a room with is quite okay, at first look.
Here comes the second part of the story.
The rooms had 1 or 2 flies inside, we let out.
The window didn't have a lock, we told the service boy and he said ,they will fix it in the morning.We had important documents for visa and money too, which we had to keep under our blanket to keep it safe.
We sat on the bed, the bed springs were poking like hell.
I had never experienced anything like tha to before.
I went down to tell them and my dad said not to, since it is not safe and already late.
My mom got back issues the next to morning.
Imagine, i couldn't sleep well, then how could my old parents?
Since ,it was late at night ,we ordered dinner in hotel itself, The plates the brought has oil stains on them.

Location was near BKC so very easy to reach our destination in morning time.
Although very near to BKC, area was not good. No restaurant inside hotel. No good restaurant near hotel. Room was very small not as shown in photo. No ventilation.

small room,long stairs difficult to climb with luggages,Amount is higher considering facilities

Room cleaniness, cooling & space liked. Restaurants & Shoppings were the nearest and easy accessible till late night as well. Surrounding was quiet and property is on the main road close to all famous corporates and commercial complexes
Slightly unhappy with the initial check-in process and service where it was mentioned that i can't get this booked room even though booked online in advance through OYO
