Kamers klein en donker te weinig licht oudbollig. Bedden hard en bobbelig. Douche was oud en toe aan renovatie warm water was er niet altijd. Ventilatiesysteem maakt hard geluid 24 uur.

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE ROOMS ARE DINGY LIKE. ROOM PHONES DONOT WORK OR ARE BARELY ANSWERED BY RECEPTION. LIFTS ARE NON EXISTENT. CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY TO GET INTO A LIFT TO TAKE YOU TO YOUR FLOOR. VIEWS ARE EXCELLENT. A PITY ABOUT THE FACT THEY COULDNT BE BOTHERED TO CLEAN THR WINDOWS. ALSO NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE TO SEE A COCKROACH CRAWL ON YOUR DUVET WHILE YOURE ASLEEP!! This place definitely needs to be inspected by the tourism board of Saudi Arabia

The staff at the reception was super helpful and accommodating. The location is superb. Quality and taste of the food served at breakfast was delicious.

Nothing really. Just sometimes, some of the lifts were not working specially during the prayer timings it gets a little bit crowded but it's not a deal breaker.

I stayed at 3 hotels(MYSK, Makkah Towers and Taiba Front) and was super reluctant to book this hotel after looking at the rating and reading negative reviews, so I only booked 1 night at Taiba Front on my way back from Makkah.. But to my surprise, out of all 3 hotels, Taiba Front was one of the best. Special thanks to Bilal for taking care of our request in a very fast/ timely manner and Mohammad Sohag for his exceptional service.

Long wait for elevators, luckily my room was on the 4th floor. So, I took stairs instead...

The room and bathroom were not clean at all, I tried this hotel a few month earlier and very much enjoyed my stay and was welcomed by a great staff and treatment and for that reason I was encouraged to try it out for a second time unfortunately it was a totally different experience

it’s just in front of Masjid An Nabawiy

I still have few riyals with them when I paid in cash. they failed to give me the changes, when I paid and when I asked again when checked out.

They give us welcome fruits, The staff was very helpful and kind, and call us to ask if we are fare or need something. And also house keeping staff are excellent 👌

The breakfast is not for gulf people, and i understand that because of most of gusts are Asian people. But there are room service meals.

The hotel staff was polite and good. It is located at the gate of masjid e Nabwi and has a 24hrs running market with plenty of shops and restaurants

Furniture is old. Bedside tables had broken drawers. The room cupboard was broken. The bath shower was loose. These things need repair.
