We asked reception twice to clean the room but they didn't. Secondly, we asked for tea cups as shown on the website that tea would be provided and the room was not as good as the photographs. Thirdly, the cleanliness was horrific with lemon seeds in the duvet and the carpet full with date and fruit seeds, also the carpet was full of dust and smelled. Finally, the fridge wasn't cold enough and the WiFi was on and off A LOT which really annoyed us.

AC was not working well even I after complain, they did not fix it. Small room. Small bed.
