cleaning staff are soooo lovely. Housekeeping would always greet everyone with Salaam and provide you with anything you need, they go over and beyond for customers which is so refreshing. Honestly they have such amazing manners and will really help you in anyway they can. Location is also a postive a 3min walk from the mosque which is always convinient.

Firstly we started off checking in where there was a big que which could have been avoiding if the front desk staff stopped talking so much between themselves and ignoring the customers. Once we finally checked in we went to our rooms which were on completly different floors ( we had booked 2 rooms), when we asked they said the hotel is fully booked which is fairenough however for me personally organising rooms to accomodate the customers beforehand just makes sense. Moving on to the lifts, wow shocking. They can take sooo long to come which leaves you waiting ages. Now the rooms, standard rooms nothing exciting which is fine however on the last day i did notice bed bugs on the bed which explained the bites on my legs, Thankfully we was checking out. Front desk staff are rude and arrogant, really think alot about themselves and need some front desk customer training. Theyll leave you waiting for 10mins at the desk whilst they sit there conversating between eachother laughing and joking until they feel ready to speak to you.

•Lifts would get busy during salah time & would sometimes take a while •Check in staff were arrogant & need retraining on how to treat customers •Ceiling in bathroom was leaking & nobody came to check it even though somebody was told about it •Bathroom had a constant weird smell

Nice hotel and we got a quick check in. Location very close to masjid. We got a good room with haraam view which was nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall a good hotel. There are close by restaurant for quick food. The hotel provided us with late check out also.

The only thing we missed was our hot milk- you had to use milk powder. The rest was perfect.

Neat, clean, Friendly and cooperative staff. I had a problem and they solved it. Location is excellent. 2nd line ti Haram with a cheap rate.

La salle de bain etait sale et en piteux état, les draps trop utilisés donc jaune et pleins de cheveux. L accès a la chambre trop tardive.

Hotel Deserves a 5 STAR for the front desk staff and -5 for the facilities and management! The amount of patience they showed at such a peak time and everyone coming down from room and complaining regarding amenities not working in room they all handled it so professionally.

Which hotel keeps there check-in time at 4pm where as checkout time is 12pm, I reached early because of transportation issues by 1030am and requested an early check-in thinking checkout time is 12pm they might assist but to my surprise house keeping team has not bothered to clean had to wait till 0330pm for check-in, I was not the only one multiple families were there waiting and I had elderly parents with me struggling the whole lobby was full of people waiting to be checked in or complaining regarding rooms. What a disappointing experience I had. Welcomed to room by leaking pipes and broken toilet.
