ولا اى حاجه فيه حلوه

غالى جدا على مكانه الاكل سيئ جدا الموظفين بيخين و مش بيبتسمه حتى فى وشك قالى هديكى غرفه على الفيو و الفندقه كله غير مطل بشكل مباشر على الحرم

النظافه وتعامل الموظفين توفر الباركنج ومجانا خدمة عمال الغرف توفر المصاعد وسرعتها القرب من الحرم ومناسب جدا لكبار السن

مساحة الغرفه ضيقه الى حد ما صغر حجم الثلاجه

اقمت في جناح تنفيذي المكان نظيف وقريب جداً من الحرم من الجهة الشمالية تعدد البوابات والمصاعد سهولة الدخول والخروج الاستجابة للطلبات عالية ومريحة جداً

لايوجد شي يستحق الا ان البهو صغيرة بعض الشي

Check of rooms before check in is appreciated. Hinges of Bathroom door loose, cannot lock.

Comfortable and sure value for money. would highly recommend for family's with kids. Fantastic location with respect to Haram.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel for the price you’ll pay.

I understand if this was a 2 or 3 star hotel, but for the price, everything was outdated and our room smelled like smoke. The shower was broken and sprayed water everywhere.

At the reception the staff was really accommodating and polite .

Nice location. In front of Haram. Courteous reception staff. Very helpful. Free parking based on availability.

Friendly staff who could speak English was a plus as I was travelling from England and local Arabic language wasn't my forte. It was one of the closest after the first row of buildings, it was so close that when prayer stars sometime we leave after it has even started and we were able to join. Facilities were topped up daily all commodities were close by so excellent all around.

Room had a connecting fire exit which onnects to next room though a door and this dor wasn't very well sound proof, but it didn't bothered me or disturb me.

Few lifts and very late check-in times and numbers of cleaning staff is not sufficient

everything was amazing, from the staff to the location of how close Masjid Nabawi is.

Breakfast has a wide variety but for us Brits it is lacking maybe one or two items like Baked Beans. Regardless it was still amazing

4 beds were set up in a small room, very tight and no room for breathing but full 4 adults room rate were charged. Seems un-professional business activities, which is expected from this kind of Hotels

there was no wait measuring scale in the room even in the Hotel, which is unbelievable; Moreover, bed setting ( which can be fixed easily) and Toilet commode setting is not followed by Islamic guide line.
