The Location, just 2 min walk to haram

Rooms were too small & furnishings were bit old.

Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. Cheap price! 5 minute walk to the Haram. Bin Dawood nearby. Free fast WiFi! Very happy!

WiFi wasn’t working but that is understandable becuase of the amount of people staying in the hotel. Maybe an upgrade on the WiFi

Starting from the Security till the reception and housekeeping, all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ensuring that our needs were met and they were eager to help us if need be for any additional services. Appreciate all of them and their harwork.

location is perfect, restaurant is not useful for all nationalities because during my visit lunch was Indonesian food,, café was good. check in is delay but check out is easy. nothing more to say good things about this property.

the attitude of receptionists were not good, they are not care, not even listening our problems, bad house keeping, cleanliness, carpet was very old and dirty, 4 bedroom space was very small, no water, no coffee, door locking system was most of the time not working, bedsheet was color changed, totally not at all recommended, contact number was not available, wrong number was mentioned in booking website.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is very close to the prophets mosque, just a 5 minute walk.

If you want a good view then this is not the hotel for you.
