Window view was not great but did not expect that.

Great location. Right next to the Rialto Bridge and 20m from the ferry so an easy transfer from the train station. Could walk to all the main attractions. We had a room looking over the Grand Canal which was worth the extra money for the view.

Excellent location . Public water bus stops 2 minutes away from hotel. Breakfast was good if you eat lightly in the mornings . Right beside Rialto bridge

Room was very warm . No curtains but you could close the shutters . Small bit noisy outside early in the mornings.

Amazing location, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was fabulous, so many options.

Its perfect location; how warm the building is (i was there over new years eve); the view over the canal.

how small the breakfast rooms were, we didnt go for breakfast some days even though we paid for it, as we would have to queue to get a seat. i think that, this particular part was not very well planned.

great location right next to the bridge. Staff were all friendly and professional. breakfast was excellent. room serviced every day to a high standard

Great stay, the location was great, the staff was too notch, and the room was clean.

The double room is a bit small if you have multiple large luggage but otherwise it’s an amazing stay

Thus was my dream to stay at this hotel, right next to the Rialto bridge. Our room was like something out of a fairy tail with canopy bed, sofa, chair, wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the bridge and canal! The staff were always very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was great!

There are just too many tourists doing the daytime on the street. But it has nothing to do with the hotel. .

The location was amazing. It overlooks the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal.
