Rooms are small if you are student or man good for you, if you like even a bit of luxury simply not for you.. it was way costly for amenities.. I got way better facilities with same price at other hotel..

Rooms are comfortable. Location is bang on. I had 2 pets and ibis was the only one in close proximity to the airport that allowed me to stay in with the pets particularly since I was travelling with them. Ever grateful for that. The guy at the reception at night was really helpful and helped with a smooth checkout

Staff provides you with a lot of conflicting information. I was told on call that airport transfers are free of cost. But when I went there the staff told me transfers to domestic are free, international incur a cost . The cost is also high but that is irrelevant they can clear this info at the beginning itself No bell boys to help with the luggage when I checked out at 1 am. You re located close to the airport , and am sure u have travellers checking out at various times of the day. So this was weird in a premium hotel like ibis particularly for international travellers who have tons of luggage as well The staff who checked me in in the noon, was trying to push me into a single room even when I booked a twin room which seemed weird. I had two rooms booked via booking .com and she later gave me some placating comment that she didn't have rooms on the same floor. I Insisted for the twin room and was willing to pay more but also showed her the booking .com receipt and then she assigned a twin room at the same cost.felt a little odd at having to justify and convince her so much when I had made preparations weeks earlier.

We booked for a smoking room but didn't get one, hotel staff told me that no rooms available and they are renting those room in front of me to others but they forgot that I asked for one, have to chase them for 3 days but no rooms available that's what they told me, clearly they lied to me Moreover never get the items that we asked for room service

The AC in my room was cooling, but in another room at 18, it was still not cooling

Very small room. The bathroom was slightly bigger than international economy flight lavatories.

Well in advance booked and informed about arrival time but at time of check-in time front desk told bookefd queen bed room is not available you have to take what ever available single cot room which upset my stay and facilities available is not worth to the changes

Breakfast could be better, specially quality of south Indian dishes.

Mattress quality is poor... sinks in. Pillow can be softer & less thick.
