everything! I am really happy that I have chosen a great place that was quiet as well, considering that all of the resorts nearby were unfortunately very loud which we don't prefer. This was the perfect place for us to stay and we are grateful for everything. The architecture applied on the resort was also great, it was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Good value for money, gave us much more considering what we have paid. Will recommend this resort and come here next time, Inshallah.

Wifi service was barely present as only the dining area could provide a bit of its service however, its okay as it's an island so wifi is not supposed to common there :) And food service at the resort was barely present as well :( so we had to walk and find for food elsewhere

1. no pick up service from the jetty drop off unlike other resorts. chatted the owner ahead of time but informed us just to walk (roughly 10 mins walking under the sun) 2. worst rest room ever. there's a fishy smell inside the toilet and the sink spills whenever we used it. 3. beds - we all got bed mite after we checkedout. Our legs were pretty itchy. Linen, towels were not properly cleaned. 4. staffs - hard to communicate in english. we had misunderstading commucating our request. Requested to take out our food but one of their staff just throw the food. good thing they refund us. 5. no peace of mind - while we're staying, there's a contructions on going infront of our hotel. bit noisy and we can hear them screwing and the machines that they'rr using.

too bad experiance slow handle problem, slow service , not valueable property not in good condition first room i get air cond problem waiting untill 7pm to solve and second room also problem no water around 11pm i have a baby so very dispointed for this issue

Nothing special, they didn't provide any towels, shower gel, or any basic items. Service and attitude like no brains talking..

They trick n lies at the times arrived and lies before going back.. Example: They trick us into saying that the boat arrived at 12, they left us at JT for 2 hours.. Then I call the vigourmarine boat, at first they say 12.. Suddenly 2.30pm arrived.. Imagine we stuck at JT for 2.30hours, I will never forgive the lady and the guy..

The location is unbeatable, right in front of the beach. The resort restaurant area is cozy and with good internet connection. The beds are comfortable, with two floors (5 beds in total). We forgot some stuff in the room and they brought it to the ferry area (short scooter drive away).

- We had no transportation from the airport to the accommodation. We didn’t get any reply from the resort and had to arrange it ourselves, even when the resort page says that they arrange it for you. We ended up paying a lot of money for a transport that could have been arranged within 5 mins from their site. On top of that, from the jetty area we had to walk 10 mins under the sun with the luggage until the accommodation. ⁃ On arrival, they didn’t allow us to enter the room for an hour and a half because they said the payment was invalid (upfront payment done via the booking reservation) and insisted that we have to pay in cash to be able to enter the room. We refused, and they didn’t allow us to enter. We had to call Booking's customer support and only after that (they discussed it with the resort) were we given the room key. ⁃ We booked a room for three people that included breakfast, and they said that only two breakfasts were included and that if we wanted a third one, we had to pay for it (which was not specified anywhere) All in all, after solving all these issues, the staff was friendly again (and after all, we're on holiday and the surroundings are too much to be upset about all the time), but the whole experience at the very beginning could be massively improved

The view

Arrived at Redang and it was quite a distance from the jetty, and they had no transport available to pick us up, so they took our luggage with motorbike and we walked to the resort. We’re soaking wet from the journey and our room is still not prepared. The dining/ reception counter is sandy, their toilets- if you’re not desperate enough then don’t use it. Our first day there we had a blackout in our unit, thankfully that was fixed early. Not many choices for breakfast, and they served it with like two staffs working, so service was slow. The second morning, they told us they only have one menu for breakfast and after we ordered that, they came and tell us that the menu is now not available and we have to choose other menu. I mean, even if you’re desperate, please not here.
