The worst experience had to stay was not cleaned not at all hygienic my son had allergic reactions pictures were uploaded 5 years ago were misguiding while making booking

The location was good, not far from the railway station and other amenities.

Rooms are not reflective of what you see in the pics. They are spacious but dirty and. you find creepy crawlies each day cockroaches, lizards, mosquitoes etc. The cleaning staff weren't doing their job properly despite telling them. It was dirty overall.. from the kitchen to bathrooms. If you are staying a day or two, it's ok otherwise you will hate it and regret it. Pictures on their website are an utter lie. The property needs a lot of maintenance. Light bulbs not working, washing machine making noises, fridge freezer leaking, microwave malfunctioning, door handles broken, door locks broken.. no iron available until requested etc. etc. list is endless. I felt like I was guinea-pig to give them a list of items broken or not working during my stay and got to a point, I wanted to end my holiday soon. Management knows about it and I feel like the health authority should know about the state of the property as they putting the customer's life at risk esp. if you have kids to have to stay in a filthy place !! I know the price is good comparatively but some attention to detail is needed to convince me to return back! So, stay away and let others know if you care for them. Don't go by the pictures, it isn't true!

Cockroaches running all mover the place, the whole apartment is literally infested with cockroaches despite the property did 3 days in row of pest control! Breakfast is terrible and did not served on time House keeping doing terrible job of cleaning

Location was ok.Breakfast is average. Only thing we liked were the quietness.Overall it is a terrible stay.

Cockroaches in the apartment. the room wasnt dusted completely. The doors and corners in the rooms had thick dust cobwebs. Food was average. The laundry area stinks. The mugs n plates were eww.

AC water leakage, electrical connection issue, MCB tripped 3 times. Floors were not clean. Cockroaches in kitchen.

The staff at reception were helpful but powerless

Everything, this place should not be on booking.com with a heading like Luxury Apartments. It is a dive! The pillows are brown there is mold on the walls, the smell is atrocious, there is no decent wifi, no warm water for the shower, the extra bed we paid for is a mattress thrown on the floor and I could go on. The photos do not at all match the reality.

The reception staff could have been alot friendlier. They didn't acknowledge us with even a hello when we returned each day during our stay.
