I stayed in room 14, which is the original building. It was comfortable and clean and got the morning sun. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was nice and relaxing with the spa and pool facilities at the end of the day. It is handy having the supermarket, eating places and bus stops all in walking distance. I like that the motel is environmentally responsible and loved the bed linen they use. Overall I had a enjoyable stay.

Location was good, shops and bus stop around corner. Size of room was good and car parking was good.

The room had mouldy curtains and did smell a bit damp although was tidy. Would have expected it to be more modern for $250.00 per night. Water pressure was very low and floor stayed damp all day. Pictures did not represent what it actually looked like, maybe update.

There was a comfortable bed. Unit was clean. Staff allowed us to leave our bikes there for a few hours.

It was cold . The heater was too small and didn't heat the room. The shower was impossible to regulate. It was either too hot or cold . When you thought you had it set , 5 seconds later the temperature altered again. No spare blankets supplied. The tap wear we not properly fitted in the sinks and 'wobbled'

spa should have a cover to keep warm. it is cold. it should stop at middle night.

Just location, it was close by from the wedding venue. Heatpump was good.

Just spent a night there. Facilities were not clean at all. Eg windows, toilet walls, bathroom basin curtains. Bed was not comfy at all. But Bedsheets were clean. Everything looked like old and over used too much.

The location and the view

We were "upgraded" to better room but did not enjoy the incredibly narrow staircase and the layout of the beds on the ground floor with one being right at the entrance door. The spa pool was a big reason why we chose the place and that was closed for maintenance and looked like it had been closed for a very long time. We had not been informed of this so that was disappointing. The shower kept running out of water.

Friendly staff Clean room

Bed is on casters skids all over the floor, couldn't sit up to read or watch TV. Had to ask for fresh towels. Advertising stated that a spa was available, it was out of order and appeared to have been for some time. This was one of the features that persuaded me to book this establishment. Spa should be removed from the Advertising or at least flagged that it's not working.

The owner Kelly was quite helpful and lovely. We came for a family vacations and both him and his Wife were both so so nice.
