Got to airport on time ok for 1 night stop over

I liked how we got the rooms it was clean and tidy and a man cam3 around with sheets and towels. He just cleaned the toilet and left. Very tidy place

Facilities are too old and not in proper maintenance, e.g. the water tap loosen in bathroom washing basin and tissue roll paper holder in toilet. The housing rules of prohibiting to cook seafood and some food are not indicated in the hotel information so as to let customer being informed before room booking. Not transparent and unfair to customers.

Great service with the shuttle to and from the airport. And allowing us to keep vehicle parked at motel for the week. .

I found it hard to sleep as it was noisy - people passing by, other guests , doors that rattled in the wind

Shuttle service was handy and staff were quite friendly.

Bedding was quite uncomfortable. There are people living there as well as short term accomodation so there was lots of noise, dogs barking and out in the garden area lots of rubbish. Shower pressure was very low.

Proximity to airport. Exceptional customer service by young couple running motel - couldn’t be more helpful and kind.

Although excellent value for money overall impression was motel was basic - but it did meet our needs for one night.

Booking process and a follow up check to our room to ensure everything was fine. Room would have more than suitable for our overnight stay.

On arrival at our room gang members were visible at the end of the unit which gave us no confidence for our safety as we had our granddaughters with us. We chose to find other accommodation.

there was a strong smell of cigarette and the entry floor was wet - leaking from the bathroom next door. The room did not feel clean or safe.

We were upgraded to the more modern accommodation next door, which was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable room.

The first accommodation did not meet our standards, but the owner was very nice and moved us to the neighbouring accommodation.

Unfortunately they were double booked. As we arrived they let us know.

Room was very clean, big TV bed was comfortable.close to the airport.

Fridge didn't work, incomplete cutlery, bathroom was showing its age, taps and shower regulator wrong way round.

The staff were very lovely
