Fantastic location right on the seafront, our room had a lovely balcony with a seaview and was spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Stephen the owner was very friendly and helpful and breakfast each morning was fantastic. We are looking forward to returning soon.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable and perfect location . Breakfast was OK

The landlord was very abrupt in fact would say rude I message him a few times before we went and he was rude then but thought might be better when there but NO had no idea what we were going to get for breakfast until it came would have liked more toast but scared to ask . While sat at breakfast could hear them arguing and doors being slammed won't be going back . No hairdryer no fridge towels were a bit smelly .would have been nice to be able to sit in breakfast/lounge are to watch t.vbut all locked up after breakfast

The location

The way breakfast was ser ed was very regimental and there was no where to relax

not their fault but it was exceptionally hot.

Poor quality. No choice for soft drinks no fruit only 2x cereal. Poor breakfast quality and amount. No choice of white or brown bread. The bread was disgusting struggled to cut it or pull it apart.

Options. Better quality.

Aww what can we say ... Apart from book you will not be disappointed in the slightest . We had the front balcony sea view and it was stunning . We were extremely lucky to obviously experience this fantastic weather as well ... It was a great 3 days we didn't want to leave . The breakfast was superb as well , great host looking forward to coming back soon .

the breakfast was excellent with a choice of toast ,cereal and full english with tea or coffee and orange juice and the location was right on the seafront

The sea view and location

The owners were awful hospitality. The birds in the cage outside made so much racket they wake you up, and the cage was dirty . The place has no lift and we were up in the attic room , I have copd. Asked to move but not possible. There was 3 other couples at breakfast. And we were all leaving a day early. It was like being under sargeant majors command. When all 3 couples left ,was not asked why, but the answer was ok.i think I would be concerned if they were all leaving my hotel.seems they just want your money, but not host I would not recommend..
