Gemütliches Haus auf 2 Ebenen im Westen von KC. Perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern. Wir wohnen im Erdgeschoss in einem völlig separaten Wohnbereich. Separate Eingänge zum Haus. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit gemeinsamen Geräten und Kochgeschirr für Ihren Gebrauch. Zwei Fernseher mit zahlreichen Streaming-Diensten. Nur wenige Minuten vom Kansas Speedway entfernt. Einfacher Zugang zur I-70, um andere KC-Attraktionen zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

My girls and I had a good time. We spent a lot of the evenings at the house. We enjoyed the clean house and the quiet. It was all together a nice place to stay.

We found the home comfortable, clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the birdsong - very relaxing. The location was central to all our planned activities. The host responded expeditiously to our queries.

Great place to stay and wonderful host. We were all very comfortable. Family of 5 and the kids enjoyed the space, TV etc. Host was very accommodating and had great communication.
Neighborhood is what you expect on the edge of a busy city. Never felt unease! Will return as we used this spot to stay at while visiting family nearby.

The space was delightfully clean and wonderfully decorated. Little extras all over the house made us feel very welcome and allowed us to make meals with ease in the kitchen. Our family of five appreciated the two full bathrooms. Entering the home with several people carrying items got a bit tricky because of the split level design, however, we would definitely recommend this house to family and friends!

Ed was a great host. We found cookies at our arrival. The location was convenient for shopping at Legends and our trip to T-mobile Arena and West Bottoms. It was an enjoyable stay!

The house is super clean with a lot of positive energy. The beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen and dining space was open and perfect for my party of three. James is the best host ever!! If we needed anything at all, he responded very quickly! The house was stocked with everything you could ever need. It was quiet, comfortable, and in the center of all the places we were going to. We will definitely be coming back… Thanks for everything James…💙

The house is located just minutes off I70 as well as a few miles from the Speedway shopping area.
VRBO app wasn’t working shortly before our trip - so James texted me to make sure I had all information I needed before arriving the next day.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our 4 day stay at Cozy KC! The home was cute, comfy and indeed, cozy! It was located within 15-30 minutes of everything and everywhere we wanted to go. We also loved the yummy cookies provided by our wonderful hosts!

The only negative about our stay was that our team didn't win. Property was immaculate, located centrally to all the venues we planned on visiting and the area was super quiet. Would stay again.

This was our very first time at a bnb and our very first time to Kansas City, we could not have asked for a better experience all around! Host was very communicable, house was clean and super nice, lots of extras in case guests forget stuff, it was great all around!

We enjoy our stay ,, the neighborhood was quite and we had access to restaurants and store close by ,, everything we needed was there and he was promptly to answer my questions

Top floor of a bi-level home. Everything worked and was in good repair. Street is a little busy to have the windows open, but you cannot do much about that (except run AC). Nice patio - great for relaxing on the chaise loungers. I would certainly consider it again if in KC area. Owner(s) seem to live in the first floor – so you may hear doors opening/closing while in the upper floor (through open stairway to lower level). Thanks for sharing your home!

This was the perfect place for me and my friends to stay for the Renaissance fair. Short drive to get to the fair, good amount of restaurants in the area to pick from, and plenty of room for everyone! We will definitely be coming back next year if it is available for the weekend we choose. One of the first times I have booked a VRBO and it was a very painless process. Great host and awesome house! Everyone else loved it also!

The location was very convenient to all the areas we visited during our stay. Commutes we generally under 30 minutes. James was very pleasant to work with before and during our stay. He was very quick to respond to questions.
