Nice property. Good location. Next time we're back in the area we plan on staying here again.

The house is cute, but needs some updating and a good scrubbing. Location is good - just a few blocks from the beach - but it's on a very busy street, so you'll need earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. It's perfect if you're mostly out and about.

This is our second stay at this property, it is just delightful and close to all family members whom we visit at holiday times. It fits us and our daughter and her dog, such a bonus. Well located and charming. Everything we need and more. This time we noticed it says there’s a hot tub - we were like, oh, did they add that?? Would be awesome but not a hot tub in sight. We didn’t miss it! 😊 Thanks again 👍

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped, and attractive place, which is also in a nice location. We have stayed here before, enjoyed another long weekend, and hope to return!

Had everything that we needed. Perfect location. Could have been a bit cleaner…found numerous cobwebs and dryer vent did not seem attached.

The cottage is situaded beautifully within Santa Cruz and very cosy. Marcy was a great host! We would love to return here some time in the future!

My family stayed here for a little over a week and really enjoyed the cottage. It is perfect for a couple or small family like ours. It has a great patio in the back that is shaded and the fire pit is a very nice touch for those cool Santa Cruz evenings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a nice dinner. The parking is tight but we had no issues parking out front. The cottage is literally 3 blocks from the beach so it is an easy walk to get there. We had a great time and would highly recommend it. We would stay there again if we are back in the Santa Cruz area.

What an adorable little cottage. Great location only 3 blocks to the beach! Very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. 2 outdoor seating areas and a firepit. I will definitely be back!

This is a delightful spot and we enjoyed our stay very much - very nicely furnished, decorated, and set up, a pleasant outdoor area at the property (we used this a lot), and close walking distance to the beach. We hope to return in the future! :-)

We absolutely loved our stay. The two patios were very picturesque places ro read and relax. The kitchen was completely equiped with all the pots, pans, and dishes you could use.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It is clean, enough space for our family of four (with two small children ), located in a GREAT location for walking to the beach, restaurants, and a little market right across the street. The backyard has a hammock, a bbq, and a fire pit. Marcy was an excellent host and we appreciated our time there. We will be recommending this cottage to anyone we know traveling to Santa Cruz and would love to go back again ourselves.

Fun central location with many amenities

Very well decorated and furnished cottage just 3 blocks to ocean. Very well laid out to take advantage of space. Nice outdoor seating, and fenced for the dog. East communication and access. Neighborhood eateries close by and small grocery and deli.

Close to beach and downtown. Mountain trails 15 minutes away for hiking.

Cute cottage and conveniently located. Short and easy walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets.

We will suggest this property to a small party anytime.

In the bustle of activity that is part of the city of Santa Cruz, this cottage was a delightful retreat. We enjoyed the fact that this rental is so close to so many fun things to do, the beach, the harbor, good places to eat, and an easy drive to downtown, the boardwalk and wharf, and Capitola. And when we were ready to relax this comfortable little place provided the perfect spot to get away, put our feet up, to read a book, play a game, watch a movie, and relax. Next time we hope to take advantage of the kayak/SUP rental at the harbor and would like to find time to build a bonfire on the beach. We really appreciated the beach chairs & mats that were available for our use. We are looking forward to coming back.

This sweet east side cottage is comfortable and very well equipped. The location near the marina and lighthouse offers many opportunities for scenic walks and great places to eat and drink. We had a wonderful stay.

This is such a charming little cottage! Great location, we were able to walk so many places! It was a bit of a tight squeeze for 3 adults but would be perfect for a couple. There are lots of outdoor spaces too, I would definitely stay here again.

Very quaint and comfortable place to stay. It was their perfect getaway with the beach within walking distance. It was equipped with all we needed and felt like home.

Great family spot. Walking distance to the beach, crows nest, coffee shop, ect. Beach has fire pits and perfectly located between capitola and boardwalk. Communication with Owner was perfect. Would stay again.

Comfy, well-appointed and maintained. A 5 minute walk to the beach and yacht harbor. Some street noise at night but didn’t bother us.

This cottage was adorable, so conviently located to the beach and harbor, and very comfortable. It was the perfect getaway for our small family to celebrate my birthday in Santa Cruz. We walked to the harbor for coffee, a sunset cruise, the beach, and had a short drive to the Boardwalk. We slept well, enjoyed making our own food, and the cottage amenities were as advertised. Our young daughter already has asked to stay there again. We agree!

This was such a cute place to vacation. It was close to the water, Boardwalk, and restaurants. The cottage is darling and it had everything we needed. I highly recommend you book!

We had a great family stay at the cottage. It is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, a market across the street and a short drive to the broadwalk. Enjoy it!

This is a super cute property. It is not big but was plenty big enough for me. It easily will accommodate 2 adults but might be tight with more. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. There is plenty of closet space and the side patio is sunny in the afternoon. The shower inside is tiny and needs either a really good clean or needs to be re-caulked because of mold. The location is a quick walk to the beach which is super convenient. It is on a busy street with street noise from 6 am until midnight. The owner did provide earplugs for sleeping, which were helpful.

Marcy's cottage is so cute and clean. What a nice little historic property. We were 4 adults and we were cozy and comfy. This place is in a very walkable location and Marcy was a great host. Communication was great and check in/out was a breeze. Thanks and we hope to be back!

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage! It was very clean and a great layout for our needs. We loved being able to sit out back on the patio and get fresh air. We were only a few blocks from the beach which was so nice to be able to walk to. The property owner was fabulous and so easy to communicate with. She truly thought of every need a family could have at the cottage. We were so impressed! Our family created so many special memories at this charming cottage in Santa Cruz. We hope to return someday!
