This was a very good place to stay! Good location, plenty of room, best place for large families. We all loved it.

Our visit was short (only 2 nights) but our family had plenty of room. One more bathroom would have been handy.

Beautiful, cozy getaway extremely clean and kid and pet friendly we really enjoyed the experience of being able to spend time with our loved ones!! Really hope to be able to enjoy this location again it was also very close to everything we had planned on doing in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg!!

Great space for large groups. The pool table, outside swing and porch were used by all. The large kitchen seating area fit our group well for dining and game playing. Away from the crowds but close enough to get to places. Would stay here again.

This house is in sevierville, but the access to pigeon forge attractions is quick. Big yard area for play, plenty of distance from the highway. Great house for our corgi and kids. Loved the pool table!! Kitchen could use some more things for families that cook. But restaurants are close! Pleasant outdoor sitting area for enjoying being outside (or a good smoke!).

In town for a few days visiting friends before they move overseas. House was perfect for our needs and it’s in a great location. We absolutely loved the porch area and would bet we spent 90% of our time out there. All the king beds were also a big hit! We were also able to visit Gatlinburg without dealing with a ton of traffic. I would definitely recommend this place for big family’s.

It took a while to cool down because the house is so spacious but it’s was perfect for a our family ! We had the best time! Sucks check in is at 4 and check out is at 10 and only has 17 hours to relax but it was worth it. You will love it there!

We easily housed 13 family members with a lot of room to spare! Enjoyed the family living space and all the king beds. Super close to stores and restaurants and very close to Pigeon Forge. Would love to stay here again if we return with a group.

Issue free and great stay

We had a great time in this house. The place was clean, with plenty of room. Also, the owners were nice and responsive when we first arrived.

It was beautifully home and beautiful view. Everything was close by

Property is close by downtown Sevierville. Property is spacious and accommodates a large group. Upstairs has short ceilings but manageable. There is bear caging on one of the outdoor patios that is off the bedroom by the kitchen. A little strange but for the mountains, it makes sense. Property has motion lights in the driveway but not out front. Suggest leaving the front step light on prior to leaving if you return at night. Pool table and accessories are nice quality and the Simpson's arcade game was interesting. Overall a great place for the weekend!

Overall this was a great property. There was PLENTY of space to stretch out, relax, and enjoy friends and family without feeling cramped. The property location was also excellent; close enough to Pigeon Forge's attractions to be convenient, but far enough where there wasn't a bunch of traffic. Access to the house was also very easy, and John and Lisa allowed us to check in 2-hours early which was a huge help. We'd definitely stay here again!

Property just as described, and everyone in the family was very happy staying here! Loved the large living room, large dining table, and the hot tub was clean and perfect for warming up and relaxing after spending a day out exploring in the cold weather.

We had a great time at this house, beautiful and spacious, my family and I (total of 9) were really happy to see all the space in this house, plus beds were very comfortable and the cleanliness was spot on! It only has 2 bathrooms but with organized schedule you can make it, lol! I will definitely book it in the future.

There were 6 adults staying in this home, other than the single bathroom, everything was awesome. The king size beds were very comfortable. The livingroom had plenty of couches and chairs, and the kitchen had a large enough table to seat us all. The neiborhood was very quiet with what seemed to be people who live there year around. Access to the river was pretty good, a little tricky at the bottom of the stairs because the rocks are very, very slippery, but we made it work and spent a lot of time in the river. The parking was great, you could easily park 6 cars in the driveway, so our 3 vehicles was a breeze, much better than some of the other death traps we stayed at in the past. Contacting Lisa was a piece of cake, she left chocolates and a card with her number written on it, so texting her with questions, were answered quickly. The fishing was not great but it may just be my skill level with cold mountain water because I fish hot tidal water here in South Carolina but I like to think it was the otters that would show up in the morning and hang out for a couple hours I know this review is a little long but I want anyone who decides to book this house has an honest and thorough review when making the decision. I would absolutely book this house again!

We cooked smores in the firepit and cooked food on one of the grills. Plenty of chairs outside for other visitors too. My kids and my adult siblings loved the tree swings. The hammocks were so relaxing. We also got to brush up on some archery. Two of the beds were firm but the back left bed was more comfy in my opinion. The kids had plenty of room to sleep in the living room with the pullout couch. It was all around everything I was looking for and I would love to use it again!

We really enjoyed our stay over spring break -- the house was very clean and welcoming, and close to all the hiking and sight-seeing, but far enough away to unplug and relax after a long day. The kids (8 and 6) absolutely loved the swing, hammocks, and TVs in their rooms. We all loved the hot tub and fire pit.
